Football / Guatemala must be defeated in WC!!

    Even though Guatemala may have been eliminated we really have to play them hard and avenge our 5-1 loss to them. After we beat or AT LEAST draw/tie whatever, with the US on August 17th. we have to go to mash up them blasted Guatemalans in our home on September 3rd or 4th.!!

Hopefully our "scout" Nakhid watched when Jamaica and Mexico played Guatemala and looked at whatever defensive weaknesses they may have remember Guat. conceded 8 goals in those 2 games!!!! Come on T&T after we buss the US tail we have to knock out Guat. in T'dad!!!

   Yes Jaden you got it SPOT ON with your starting 11!! I would put Jones ahead of Scotland as well. Jones has never in my mind really done as much crap as John and although Scottie only played 2 games under Beenier I think Jones is always more effective and creates something, and we ALL KNOW about John being water boy and Glenn for sure starting.
 
Hopefully Charles will play for Pot Hong, since I think that Sancho is still not completely fit.

I really really hope that happen yes.

It may look like Eve starting in place of Edwards and maybe Rahim coming on if Eve gets tired. I hope Beenie doh want to leave on Gray to play using the reason that Gray is some "make believe" winger seeing that Edwards not it.

If we were to have the above team start, we will be very very good and it will only be our team to blame if we do not perform well today. However at this moment I can only really blame Beenie for keeping John and Gray in the game.

 Â   Just a note on Jack, one thing I really don't like about him is his lack of vision in starting the attack. I hope that Shaka can show him how to do that, Ince is also very good. I have almost NEVER seen Jack get the ball and THROW it long to someone on the wing or in the centre near to that half line! All he ever does is roll it slowly to the nearest defender but MOST times he would get the ball and place it on the ground and then kick it. The blasted man would not even dunk it he always have to put it on the blasted ground, he always looks like a keeper in training when he does that like he practicing bledy spot kicks all the time. Ince and Shaka much hotter than him in the sense that they can quickly grab the ball and THROW it directly long to someone to start an attack.

I am in shock over Jack's inability throw it long, WHERE IS PHILLIPS AND MAURICE, CAN'T THEY NOT TRAIN HIM SHIT MAN!! Poor Shaka yes. And his spot kicks always have a 50% chance of clearing the half line that is not good enough, obviously if he holds the ball and dunks it he can give it more blasted distance!!

       Stern John should NOT START against Colombia or against any team ANYMORE unless he proves himself. The team that will do well in this tournament and in the remaining WC games will be as follows:

Glenn starting up front with Jones, with Scotland and John having to fight for the other spot, thank God for when Yorke returns. Samuel showed that he has a semi-goodish left foot and played well for the most part on the left wing so he should definitely play and not Theobold in that position. We definitely missed Edwards tonight and our right wing with Theo was non-existent until Eve. So Eve should be the replacement for Edwards, not Rahim. Cyd Gray will hopefully never see the team again, since we have Atiba Charles and Sancho, BOTH are easily better than Gray. If Spann play shit we have Whitley and Theobold fighting for that position.

Hard luck for Birchall today since a man was always on him and he really was out of it, although we shit up when our defense start back with they asshole long balls as usual. Needed to get Birchall more into it, but we can at least work on that.

Excellent game by Marvin Andrews, I must say Andrews has pleasantly surprised me with his defensive consistency the last 3 games that he has played for T&T, he was always good, but sometimes made silly errors, which he has not made any thus far, and great goal and header that hit the post as well.

Avery John and Lawrence for the most part are still solid, ignoring that goal we conceded to Panama today (the first goal) and yes the second goal it was Andrews but it was not entirely his fault.

So, all Beenie has to do is read this post and START the game against Colombia with Jones and Glenn upfront, and hope that Edwards is ready, if not then Eve for now, Samuel for sure on the left, and Birchall in the middle with Spann, Whitley or Theobold, Cyd Gray MUST now be dropped for ATiba Charles or Sancho to return. Scotland may come in as a sub, or Stern if (I doh know what if yes let's hope he eh play at all).

Fellas I really getting worried, all this shit Stern playing, or basically he not playing and he NEVER getting subbed, I would have left Samuels and taken John off for Glenn NOT vice versa. I am worried and I sincerely think that Beenhakker and John have some blasted conspiracy like Manning and Bakr. No matter what shit John do, he ALWAYS plays. He should of at least been subbed after 20 mins in the second half just as in the Honduras game when he was not subbed.

Does anyone know if there is something going on with our coach and Shit "Always offside" John!!??!? I mean don't you all think that it is fishy that John was never subbed and was always shit even in the games before the Gold Cup (lucky goal against Panama thanks to Yorke) and was never really subbed!?? And now he is the Captain!?!?!? DON'T YOU ALL THINK THAT SOMETHING IS FISHY? If John starts against Colombia and does not ever get subbed all match unless he at least scores a goal, then I am afraid that there may be some internal set up or nepotism going on between John and Beenhakker I pray this is not the case. Glenn definitely warrants a start ahead of John or AT LEAST early in the second half!!

Let's hope together that John is replaced as captain, since that role may keep him on longer on the field even when (almost always recently) he plays absolute shit!!!!!

   I only looked at parts of the first half with the US and Cuba. BUT THAT BLASTED GOAL THAT THE UNITED STATES OF ASSHOLES SCORED WAS OFFSIDE!!![/b] Please let me know if the offside rules have changed!! But 2 US attackers were offside, and DEFINITELY the guy who scored that goal!!! What get me even more upset is the bullerman latino US commentator who never even mentioned that goal could have been offside. They showed the replay of that goal about 5 times after and all donkey was talking about was "oh how beautiful it looked with all his skill to chest the ball and score the goal". The Dummentator keep on talking about that throughout the replay. Them US football people real dotish eh like he never see a man chest trap a ball in he damn life!!

    Things like this robbery and lameness definitely re-enforce my decision to NEVER support the US "Soccer" team ever. They suck at it hence they call it Soccer, the blasted thing is Football!!! That real upset meh yes.

I know a lot of you forumites will diss me for the above but I am allowed to dislike the US team especially when the ref and assistant is for them.

Note: US Latina women (all hot Miami women) and others are great so big up to them forever. Heheheh

Football / Left wing and Strikers needed - apply to TTFF!!

     I only saw the second half of the match on TV 6 last night when I put it on the tv at 10:30pm so everything I say will be based solely on the second half, hence I missed Birchall's goal (great for him his first goal) and the free kick goal we conceded.

    In terms of the strikers, Scotland showed me nothing in the second half and I think Kenwyne Jones should start the next game unless something happens, can probably still give Scotland another chance though since John has not only stayed on but is now captain!!!

   About John being captain I am saddened ONLY because this means that he will probably have to START and REMAIN on the field for the remaining fields, let's hope if he plays nothing as usual, he is subbed. Note I am not dissing John's dedication but his lack of anything his last 2-3 games for Trinidad. I definitely think that maybe Kenwyne and Glenn or Scotland be given a start I want to see all 3 of them play if not together at least during a game at some periods. Why on earth was John not subbed yesterday frig man!!! He blasted did almost nothing (as usual) in the second half. WHY WAS GLENN not put on for John at least in the last 20 mins. I hope Beenie is not going to do the same crap like Bertille did especially in the Costa Rica game - which is to keep John on the field and sub all those around him!!!!
    I am absolutely fed up of this and I am afraid that John's captaincy during this tournament will force him on the field regardless of his lack of form!!!

 As for the left wing, oh boy!! I did not see Theobald much since he did not do too much in the second half before being replaced by Samuel. One thing I can say about Samuel is that, we can replace Rahim and put Samuel on the right wing if Edwards is not playing. That is ALL. Samuel proved last night that he is a right winger or at least RIGHT side attacker (maybe another option to take off John and replace with Samuel if not Glenn). Flipping Samuel had a God given pure shooting chance to at least get it on target when he was easily free on the top of the left side of the box, and the blasted man PROVED that he hates that position (even though that was HIS position last night) when he opted to switch to his right foot and obviously got tackled and missed the whole opportunity. You mean to tell me at this level he could not have just at least swung his left foot at the ball for his clear cut chance oh shit man!! Even toe-pee the damn ball self, that was a left foot goal if he had 51% of a left foot shot!!!
    Samuel lated proved to EVERYONE (I hope Beenie had his eyes opened!!) that he loves and is quite good with his right foot when he unleashed that beauty from 35 yards that hit the upright. That was a shot and would have been a candidate for goal of the tournament if it scored!! Basically Samuel needs to play on the right, regardless of wing of striker or just behind him!! If Edwards not in the next game, simply put Rahim on bench please and put Samuel in that position!!!
   I wonder if in practice our supposed left wings (no one knows who they are) practice taking shots from the left side and practice crosses from that side!!?!?!?! Shit man our whole left side weak ass, one it by any Trini's left foot, Birchall included they almost NEVER shoot at all!!!

    I will however continue to big up Beenie since in the 4-4-2 system the 4-4 part of it at least excluding the left wing are improving and our defense and defensive midfielders (except Rahim) are defending well overall.  As for Cyd Gray at least I know that Atiba Charles and Sancho can always play and put Gray on the bench, so at least we have options to pelt him out. It is the Left wing lorsh!!!!

... and where in the world his he? Last I heard was that Beener man said Nakhid was going to be the official spy/scout for the Warriors. Is Nakhid going to be watching all the other Gold Cup games e.g when Panama plays Colombia etc.? As well was he scouting the other World Cup qualifying teams? At least he could have stayed in the comfort of his home, (in Lebanon??) and see how great Mexico played in the Confederation's Cup and know that they are definitely the ones to beat in the Gold Cup.

If anyone knows about any ACTIVE role Nakhid is playing, we'd like to hear from you.

    Yeah I really like Beenie's work ethic and ability to say and see it as it is. Knowing about those playing in Europe and they being on holiday and maybe being a little rusty is smart, it is nice how he makes sure and let the media and everyone know his intentions up front all the time. He is probably one of the most transparent coach we ever had. Congrats again to him and his team. Nice to see that he mentioned smoothning out things with Alex McLeish re Andrews.

 Â From attackers to goal keepers is now our teams cry!! Ince PLEASE DO NOT RESIGN. I don't know why he did not want to go to Mexico. Oh shits man. Ince has been a great keeper for us other than Shaka (and I eh know when Shaks coming back). If all yuh saw the game on Saturday friggin Kelvin Jack almost give them Panamanians 2 goals yes. He still eh even know how to kick the ball properly when he get a back pass, and I eh even know if he ever threw the ball to a player during the game, as opposed to just placing it on the ground and kicking it!! Like something wrong with his hands yes!! PLEASE INCE. What irony we playing Mexico in Mexico and even if we were to lose it is by what margin!!! The goal aggregate is important for us, if we were to lose by a 1 goal margin to them would be great. And after all this we have OUR 3rd and 4th string keepers in that Match. Dear Lord put a hand!!!

Go T&T I love you, that was real great crowd support on Saturday it was amazing!

    What "unbreakable bond" you talking about with Patriot, what de?!!? Anyway it was nice to re-link with all yuh since the time we lost to Mexico 3-0 last year. I was there against the USA and CR but you all sat further from me.

Anyway I getting meh Soca Warriors red band and go wear it with meh "Live Strong" yellow Cancer band just like you all so I eh go feel left out hahha.

Once we do not concede any silly quick goal in the first half or in the beginning of the second half and our forwards have a good day, then there is no reason in the world that we cannot beat Panama. Will be there on Saturday to see our first home victory in the final Hex round in more than a decade I think.

Does anyone know that last time we won a home game in the final round for the WC? I know for the 2002 WC qualifying we won away against Honduras (and knocked them out and let Mexico get in), but the last time we won at home is when boy? If I remember correctly for the 1998 WC qualfiying we did not even make it for the final 6 etc.??

      New Kid you must identify yourself! I was there on Friday for the 1-0 win vs Bermuda, and sat with Andre Samuel, Patriot, Touches, Cowen etc. Were you around that area? You need to link with us, maybe you can be the girl driving force that us local SW Forumites need, so far we lacking hot women to lime with us while we getting stress over Stern John and other "heart attack causing strikers". We go all be there on the 4th. Just call one of us and bring bout 8 girls and we definitely go win something if not the game.

With Glen out, I real scared now yes, is a real pity Samuel and Scotland may not be on the team yes. All we really have right now is Yorke and Jones, one saying he prefer to play midfield, and the other is not a real forward, since both our "real" forwards competing against each other to see who shittier, I think John beating Sam right now John's scoring ratio is about 8.5% when he have a clear chance, and Hector Sam is about 15%. Gary Glasgow.... well boy I eh know yes...

God bless the Warriors please. Other than that our midfield and defense seems to be ok, but I still not 100% confidence with Marvin Andrews in the middle!

    Just got this news from Andre. Our second Bermuda game is carded for Friday evening at the Mannie Ramjohn Stadium either before or after the Pro Bowl final with W. Connection and Jabloteh. Not sure of the time yet.

I will most likely be making that one. Will be in Zen tonight pipsing girls while they look at Mr. Vegas live.

      One thing that always hurts me when I go to T&T games is NOT our passive fans, not really the fact that they take a longer time to cheer our team on. Remember the last 2 years have been disgraceful and have taken a toll on our fans. Not to mention the amount of money we have to pay to see crappy opposition beat us.

What I really blame us the fans for is NOT BOOOING and BAWLING at OUR OPPOSITION!! If we eh want to big up the Warriors at least bawl out at the damn opposition nah!! Shit man. We all KNOW that in every country we play we get booed (maybe the least in the US since their crowd is the most unpartisan ever, along with Canada). I mean we does get booo and pelt dong in Jamaica and, CR, Mexico and all the other Central American teams all kinda thing. And then when we playing them in we hard we giving them a small clap!??!?! Not a shit ah that!

We must learn to take out all we frustration NOT on our team (even though it is they that is responsible for it) but on all the opposing teams we play!! Look at this shit, when we played CR they announcing that the CR Ambassador was there and he getting small clap from the crowd and the announcers etc.!! Then when CR come after their national anthem next small clap. And their fans in Trinidad in the stands real clapping and getting on bad, I sure they must be cussing and booing our team in their mind but since they in T'dad pretend to be respectful. WE need to boo them when they on the field training, booo them after their anthem and buss cuss and bawl when they on the field!! We know is real blows we going to get from their crowd when we go there.

Just imagine a Trini telling me not to booo the US team when we played them at the Oval, they eh know football or what we have to GIVE OUR OPPOSITION A PYSCHOLOGICAL DISADVANTAGE, we done cyah give we own team a pyscho. advantage so let's do the converse please!

Andre Samuel and Touches etc. I go try to links up with you for the Panama game, not sure bout the Bermuda ones yes. But make sure and real boo and bawl and get on bad eh!! I eh saying to pelt we free Busta at them (yet) but at least leggo a lil taunt nah. I will surely be backing my Warriors and boooing Panama next week.

In the mean time give Bermuda a lil bawl up nah, start practicing bawling up teams now, my forumites!!

Football / Question on viewing Foreign Games in Trinidad.

   Hi all forumites, I am back! When we played at Guatemala there was no live coverage, none from TV 6, Gayelle, NCC (Ch. 4), etc. I even called TGIF, Trotters etc. to see if they were going to show it there and NOTHING. Andre Samuel, myself and others were extremely frustrated by this, and Gayelle did show the game the day after.

Does anyone know if the Mexico game in Mexico will be shown ANYWHERE or on any channel in T'dad? AS WELL, we all have channel 30 on cable which is ESPN and that is the channel that would most probably show the US football games such as when we play them. However I notice on many nights there is some blasted white notice saying that CCTT does not have the rights or some damn dotishness to show certain sports on certain times of the day. I am almost certain that the US vs T&T game will be shown on that channel but we will not get to see it. WHY IS THAT?

Last year when we played Mexico and lost 3-0 there, it was shown albeit one hour delayed on TV 6 can someone let me know if they know if the June 8th game will be shown at all. If not let's go and bawl at them all nah.

TSTT real promoted the Costa Rica game, and basically all home games but when we playing away such as vs Guatemala one would not have known since this was never really advertised, let's hope when we play Mexico, USA, Panama and CR that we can somehow see it in Trinidad!!
