I have a good feeling about this coach. He appears to be very hands-on with the team and very relational wiht the players. He seems to be a hard worker and so far he has gotton the results with a young squad. Hope it continues to get better and better.

Scout thanks for taking the time to do the interview. Obviously he has talent but it appears that he may have been let down one too mant times. The professional football business is not for the faint of heart. One has to be determined and also get some breaks along the way. It seems he has lost his appetite for the game. As another poster said you can't want it more than him, he has to want it for himself.

Agree with your sentiments. I also admire his intelligence when it comes to his perception of the modern game. He is being very intentional in his approach to success. To be developing that particular skill from age 10 shows wisdom. It will be hadr for coaches to leave him off the team. It wins games. Talk bout potential.

I too appreciate blooding the youth. However, what bothers me is the inconsistancy of the program . . . from the World Cup team . . .the Gold Cup team. . .this new local youth related team. With the time it takes for a team to gel our sporadic methods are whats really undermining us.  That said, ALL THE BEST SocaWarriors on our game tomorrow.
