Football / Re: U-20 coach faces uphill task
« on: June 06, 2008, 02:38:18 PM »
thats why we will always fail at youth level....individually we are good but as a team we have no cohesion...ok hyland is of the age to play...why not let him play...most of the good young players who are playing professionally and play with their countries senior team still have to play their age group no matter what....messi, aguero, dos santos, freddy adu etc... and when they fail we  will blame vranes ....why not use them..is only in trini we does want to walk before we creep....sad times ..
very true thats the view of most of the people who are not invloved in the national set up.

and trini_2010 well they hav been playin games against some pro-league sides and reserve side as well as some sides in the super league. not great opposition. but this year we probably have one of the best teams at the under-20 level now is just up to the football politics.
no doubt they have a good team...realistically are the federation doing what is needed to qualify.....NO THEY ARE NOT.....so good bunch or not it have a certain level of preparation that is needed to compete at the highest level..i am not involved in the national set up.....i was so from my experience nothing has been changed.....i played against the honduras U 20 team earlier in the year those guys also played against the US U20's and beat them..how many international friendlies our U20 play for the year....since then i am pretty sure that both the US and Honduras has played many more internationals....we will never be ready and we will have to start all over again...sad times..

how come the ttff don't use our players to do stuff like that for the kids in the country...it just goes to show how low the heads in the country does stoop to TRY and make themselves look good.....i have'nt seen a pic or video of our team since england arrive....i must have missed it....anyways all the best to the socawarriors....
Very simple
Jackula and his cronies are ONLY interested in MAKING GINKCUF MONEY
they are NOT interested in Football and the PLAYERS
If they were interested in Football and Players they would have had a function where they would have INVITED ALL players, who have ever represented TnT who are STILL alive, to come and celebrate the 100 years of football in TnT...............
just look at those pictures in that other thread
NOT ONE PICTURE of OUR HEROES with OUR YOUTH.......SAD INDEED
simple,
Just my humble opinion
for real...i agree...i watching skysports last night....i even see earl jean and capello talking at the C of E...and no sight of the warriors...sad times....

consistent by far a better holding midfielder than hyland noel and theobald

Football / Re: T&T footballers tackle Puerto Rico Jan 26.
« on: January 16, 2008, 02:03:09 PM »
Before ah read de article, ah hear dis on de radio dis morning and ah ak mih self...

.....Puerto Rico have a football team??.. ???  ::)

       STEEEUUUPPPSSSS!!!....    [/b]
yes indeed ....most of their players play with the puerto rican islanders from the A league...their head coach is the former FC Dallas head coach and they have now acquired a canadian goalkeeper coach who is the goalkeeper coach for the University of Mobile former school of the late Mickey Trotman, Junior Noel, Kirk Trotman, Anthony Noreiga, Atiba Mc Night, Glen Benjamin, Carron Williams, Chavis Williams, Simba George, Junior Pamponette,Darren Toby, Dean Logan and currently Jason Providence....so he have been around and played with these Trinidadians so they know about trinidadian football...if i am not mistaken they have been preparing for a while now...they will be facing Dominican Republic in the first round of qualifiers.....this is a good game to have a look at players..
