Beenie should definitely stay. But regardless I think it is even more important that we do not take any more steps back. If we want to comptete in International Football we need to start hiring International Coaches who understand the game internationally. (Example Beenie, Simones)

Leave the other coaches who not on a Senior International Level (like Bertie, Morris, Stuart-Charles, etc) to coach local club teams (PFL) or U20 teams. Cause if you can't cut it up to U20 no way you going to be able to handle U23 or the National Team. Is that simple.

They need to gain valuable experience at that level and learn from more experienced coaches who we need to hire no later than U23.

By the way, how many of these local coaches even checking out the camps. To see if they learn something new?

The element of surprise.

It is always better that your opponents underestimate you...they usually under prepare.

Case in point the US game...they didn't even take us seriously was more concerned with dey own bacchanal over pay...they didn't even prepare like they usually would. Score ended 2-1. Now if we had a coach that knew what he was doing and had a plan for them....the element of surprise woulda hit them.

So I glad we being underestimated.

The USA is a beatable team. We have an intelligent coach who actually studies his opponents and works out different plans for different opponents.

The USA team play the SAME way ALL the time. Same plays different players. They have an intelligent coach who does his homework also. They never really had players who played at a higher level than our players, they are just very disciplined and stick to a game plan no matter what. We have enough information, tapes, etc on them and every player, I see no reason why Beenie and his assistants cannot come up with a stratergy for the USA or Mexico.

Their advantage over us is that they've been playing with an actual system and plan for  a very looooonnnnnggg time. The Gold Cup should give us time to sharpen up on our game.

Excellent Report. Ah felt like ah was there....well ah was in spirit anyway. If only the T&T reporters could write as thorough a job. You really recreated the atmosphere.

 nonsensical speculation?  I don't think so. Facts is Facts.
Beenie went to PFL games....how many did BSC go to in the last year he was in charge? He drop players who use to walk on the team. Where eve? Eve doh even look like ah footballer to be honest. If you see him on the street you would never think he play sports. Same for Dwarika. He put out ah fit, competent team. While ah at it put Nigel Pierre in that group too...ah bunch ah jokers. Dem fellas not professional at all.

And it easy to speculate that if he had ah year we woulda been 1st or 2nd easy. The man have ah reputation and want success. We beat Bermuda 4-0 and he wasn't happy. When last ah coach from T&T win ah match and say he eh happy...better yet when last ah T&T coach  LOSE ah match and say he eh happy? We had 1pt and BSC still was saying we going Germany. He right about that though...just NOT with him...LOL

The man come with ah staff...ah team....who was BSC team? hmmmm

Ah doh want to beat up on BSC because any coach in his position would and have done the same thing...they just play fellas they know and believe in. Beenie eh know nobody and only believe in HIS tactics.

Regardless of Mexico game....I looking for an even improved team once they play in the Gold Cup. That would be extremely valuable for our cause.

Give Jack he Jacket too cause he made all arrangements to get Chris a trial, plus passport for him and his mother. Even though some fellas was saying the man play for ah shit team and he cyah be good.

Nothing wrong with getting carried away. It about time we start dreaming something positive.
