sometimes ah doz wonder if wen the police dept was lookin for a police commissoner if  watchman did get that job ah feel it would ah make a big difference, because dah breddar don't play .ah was speaking to him recently and he said dat it all started after the attempted coup ,wen robinson dem was in power . since after dat everything went down hill . dah breddar is the legal adviser too the UN . so iz obvious  he was most qualified for the job , ah sure alyuh remember he right . buh manning or panday don't want he because dey would go to jail and dem  corrupt police would get blows in the station and strip of deir duties .
