sub1 everyone has to realize that cyd came in a difficult time of the match, TNT being 1 goal up and having to protect that goal , its not easy, cyd did well considering he came off the bench.

Eventhough we suppose to be celebrating, i cannot deny my duties as a AWATT official,  I have to report this statement to the commish.

I have to say Cyd Gray maybe had one of the best games i have ever seen him play for T&T.

I have to disagree with sub1 for his anti Avery statement the man has been a rock at the left back postion for us eventhough he playing out of postion( he is really a 1st stopper) he plays with in scope because he know what he is good at and does it real good, he does try to do too much and that is a mark of a good player.

Fellas let us enjoy the victory and keep the critism constructive.

I hear that my opponent in this elections campaign has continued in his mud slinging calling me and my cousin drunkards.

Your running mate continues to to say things that we all know are false about you.
It is like you too are not on the same page, like he is just looking to pad his  posting stats on this thread like he has done on all the other threads on this site.
Is that what your campaign is about personal gain or representing the man whose goals and effort on the field will lead us to the World Cup, just like how he lead T&T to two regional titles(1999,2001) & Birmingham City to the Preimership(2002).

In my quest to win this elections, i will like to tell the peopleof one the major changes i will make:

I will change the name of this committee from  Stern John for Goals Committee, to the Stern John Supports Committee because I am not a Stern John fan because of the goals he has scored for us in the last few matches.

 I have always and continue to admire his passion for his country, where through out his careerhe puts country before club. Whenever he got a call up to play for his country he has come back and represented us no matter how small the game, even if it meant being benched by his club manager.

This is why I am proud to say I am a DIE HARD STERN JOHN SUPPORTER, the man is true patriot.

A quality i have i try to emulate.

The game against the U.S. was only 3 months ago. This proves that you are ashmed of the T&T team that played against the U.S. I agree T&T was not an impressive side. However, the players are mostly the same. Maybe the team play was better against Mexico, but that wont be enough 4 u to go thru.

Why we arguing with Bah...whatever he/she name is?  When is the last time Bahrain score  more than 1 damn goal? When was the last time they win a fricken game?  If they think 2 draws getting them through...dream on.

I feel that Trinidad will experience deja vu on the 16th by losing its chance to qualify to WC 2006. It happened before and it could happen again. Last time it was at home, this time it'll be away. Was it only luck last time that T&T lost to the U.S. in 1989?? How is it possible 4 a team to want something so much and then lose inthe decisive moment?

Do T&T people want to go to the WC 2006 more than they wanted to go in 1989? I don't think so.

Their is a huge psychological preasure on the team this time around and that won't play to T&T's advantage. It will happen again.
