One man try to be a monday morning quarterback when we went 1 goal down, he start to criticise the team and cuss players and thing...   I am a journalist and I agree with the consensus that the paper has to be Socially responsible. This is a national pride and perception issue.. how many of us have a bad day and woouldn't like it thrown in our faces especially when we want to win as badly as everyone else.
 It was a let-down and that could have been placed inside or back page or top of sports. The more appropriate Headline I think should have been...

Well it good to be back home, win tomorrow and it go be real nice too.....

This morning was real stress for some ppl dred, first of they only put barricade for the lines 20 feet deep, if yuh did not show up b4 3am  to secure a place in the bariccade yuh see ral pressure because people was pushing them self in the line boldface.... special police only show up at 7 am and most of them was not there for crowd control, but too protect the cashiers, wait sorry to protect the money!!!!

Anyhow, one line went right out the stadium up to arapita ave and the other line wrap around going out to movie town..... pressure ah sorry for dem men sah.... ah see one woman break teh line and geh rough from ah horse..... twice the police almost lic she down....

They start selling ticket on time @ 8am, I got my share @ 8.10am... it was 2 ah we batting for all we friends, end up coming out with 15 ticket.... yes 15 ticket.... ah lil sweet talk does work wonders....

any how on we way out, we realise the magnitude.... police lock the gates, and that send people crazy!!! man, woman and child turn spiderman and scale fence... girl in short skirt, business suit up on the fence.... hahahahaha

Something amazed me, one white boy was in the line and this woman walking out with she ticket, man say to her, how much yuh wha fuh it, woman say $500.... man hand over the cash $1000 and take 2 tickets yes... @ 8.15am

Run into ah bredren, walking out, he barely make it in before the gate close, he at the back and I watchin the man like the way yuh go watch ah man dying, like yuh wish yuh could help, but yh know he screwed... i ask him how long he here, he say I leave home @ 7am.... well at that point I start to cuss him....

But I is ah south man, and I know how south people is, becuse they just like me..... I know it was going to be maddness down so, dat is why I stay by my fam in santa cruz when i am come in thursday, and only after I geh my tickets in town I went down south to see the moms and famile... I hear that was de worse ticket spot in skinner park..... I talk to one of my padners who went they from from like 2am.... and he ain't get no ticket.... he say man just start to push when 8am come round... it was lawlessness..... ah feel for him doh, so I pass the two extra we had..... Up east I got no report on happenings.... but iknow dey too backward from south...
                                                                                                                                          so all in all is 15 ah we in the dance tomorrow, so we good to go....
we go see who bounce they head and show up at he gate @ 4pm....

no offence fellas...but they shoulda be selling them tickets for bout $500 a piece..for people who 'really' interested in seeing the team play..cause i sure plenty people who supporting the team right through might not get a chance to get a ticket.

another idea..maybe sell a ticket for $500 and then give back a coupon where they can get into the next home game for free..that might weed out some ah de waggonists lol.

Horse that is nonsense, being able to afford $500 have nothing to do with how much yuh support the team. I fly back saturday and leaving sunday just for the game, I  can afford what ever price, buh I honest to myself, it must be have some real die hard out dey, dat can't even afford to  see the game live... so ease up dey with the socialist talk.... bless

I have been watching Lampard and the things he has been doing for Chelsea and i think there's no player who can match him right now, i don't like Chelsea or Mourinho but you must give Lampard props, he has definite class. I HAVE SEEN SAMUEL PLAY THIS SEASON AND LAST, HE COMES FORWARD OUT OF DEFENSE ON OVERLAPPING RUNS ALOT AND IS QUITE COMFORTABLE WITH THE BALL AT HIS FEET... HE CAN EASILY BE USED ON THE LEFTMIDFIELD....

I AM SURE YOU KNOW THIS BUT CARLOS EDWARDS PLAYS IN THE WING BACK POSITION FOR HIS FOREIGN BASED OUTFIT, AND PLAYS RIGHTMIDFIELD FOR TNT.... I KNOW AVERY IS A WEAK SPOT IN TRANSITION, BUT HE'S A SURE TACKLER AND WORK HORSE, HOWEVER IF SANCHO OUTPERFORMS HIM IN CAMP, I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO START SANCHO IN THE LEFT BACK POSITION...

THE REASON I WOULD NOT USE WHITLEY OUT ON THE LEFT IS BECAUSE HE IS NOT A NATURAL LEFT FOOTER, I RATHER HAVE A PLAYER WITH HIS SPEED AND AGGRESSION PLAY AHEAD OF THE PLAYMAKERS LIKE YORKE AND LATAS, HE WOULD BE A FORCE TO RECKON WITH, HE RUNS AT DEFENCES AND CAN LATCH ON TO SOME THRU BALLS DOWN THE MIDDLE, I THINK THIS CAN FREE UP STERN AS WELL....

NC most of the fans on this site are not sophisticated enough for this type of discussion. Why? Under BSC almost everyone to a man was on the leave bertille dey bandwagon or who we go put train. No I dont thank him for his services because he is dishonest and used dishonesty and extortion to try to hold on to the job, a job he knew he could not handle. He blamed everybody and anything for our poor results but himself. What does that tell you about the characterr of the man?

 Dude, u have a serious chip on your shoulder. i am tempted to think that u did not make it under Bertie. There are many players past and present including some on the present national team who consider Bertie to be a father figure. For some of them they may not even be in football today not for him. The man try his best. I am not doubting that it was not good enough for WC 06 but the slander that u putting on the man is uncalled for. U cyar just call a man dishonest and leave it dry so. If you want to say something like that then back it up.
