i think you guys have it wrong, you ever notice that the people that can anger you the most is the ones you love and care for the most, well its like that for us and the team. We know what they are capable of individually and as a team so when we see lacklustre performances like yesterday we feel hurt but not just hurt, deeply hurt. So we love our team and all pray for success at the WC but you cant help but feel frustrated when you seeing the same mistakes which have been posted on this forum a many a times.

true. but its more frustrating when guys here single out one guy for d failure of d 23 man  TEAM.

[yuh call de man a shtihound buh yet still yuh eternally gratefull make up yuh mind .Ah rather have a man dat does throw way some and score some dan a player dat doh score at all and bottom line is Stern does score ..now is time to appreciate not to hate all who want to hate do it after de WC... ah know some ah all yuh cyar wait for we to fail to jump on Stern case and say  Stern dis and Stern dat buh all yuh shud  at least give de brother praise and his just due for getting us to dis far.Next 50 years I guarantee yuh when dey talk bout this team Stern John name will be the name mention as de one that took TnT to their 1st WC.....doubt dat nah!!!!

So when ah man and ah woman together for five years and she horn him in the fifth, he should be grateful for the four good years and keep she? rubbish, send she tail packing .A striker, infact a footballer is as good as his last performance, case close.

No but i am guessing any good supervisor, will give you a rap on the knuckles for repetitive sub par perfomances, in soccer i guess that's the bench.That is why clubs like Real Madrid who want to keep sweating raul will never excel, sometimes you have to acknowledge when your heroes are failing you and rest or replace them. Your house must be full ah one set ah old appliance boy? Grow up and wise up, Lawd!

Im not going to lie that is a very  good point.But d fact of the matter is that stern is the best we have, trinidad is not real madrid, we dont have no robhino on d bench waiting to come on. we have jones and he not ready yet. also y is men calling for stern to bench when he have a bad games an no one calling  on andrews or any of the other defenders to bench, we have to be one of the weakest defences in d world cup. if u want to critcize be fair dont single out one man

Since Stern eh no good again.... I ask one question ...Who else scores goals for TnT?  not who else can score buh who actually scores and doh tell meh no bull sh!t bout he de does play all de time so he must score because it ha many times other strikers play , so who else is TnT big scorer ?? eh ?

Well up to yesterday and for the bahrain legs it was Birchall and lawrence.

I resign myself to the fact that if he doe score we doe win.

Now i dont really like that word,to me once u is a supporter that is what counts. but it is very frustrating that everytime we have a bad game, people here does begin acting irrational and stupid.
Withen 5 minutes of d game ending, people making threads and comments about shaka career over, about benching stern john. please give it a rest.
I know everyone emotional but it seems sum people here cant wait for ah man to do bad, so they could criticize. that sh*t is definetly getting old, could we start acting like real supporters and not waggonists!!!!!!

also not about who deserves to win its about who wins

stern has improved greatly since Leo's arrival but as an out and out striker he needs to work on his predatory skills at times he is too hesitant to pull the trigger

Jones i believe had a good game on the other hand

defence is our problem though Lawrence needs to be more aggressive especially when it comes to headers he needs to get in front rather than stay behind strikers

other than that possesion was good hope after these friendlies it becomes a permanent part of our playing style

like u went tranquil!!!

I reached about 15 mins late for my first pro league game in 21 years seeing that I don’t know the names of most players ill just give team rundowns in each half

first half


Joe – this team looked largely unimaginative and lethargic in the 1st half. The midfield of lyndon Andrews dwarika glasgoww ana Colombian nuber 3 were ineffective at best and were oft times not on the same page. Mcoomie has the side tacticall sound but unimaginative at best . the two Jamaican forwards are veeeey opotunicstic and had had some cracking shots at the cali goal but  all down the keeper throat.

Calidonia- short passing game looks a lot like BSC team in the costarica game depends a lot on luck. Forst half kendall jagdeosing never stops running . he will run for anyting at any one and his expericne against the other teammates showed a lot. Conrad smith and the cali number 10 picked off a lot of joes tru balls but the MORVANT mentality of holding on a lil to long will be this teams Achilles heeel. The ref allowed some hard tackles on jagdeosingh but no real shots from cali as they tried to walk into the goal

Second half

Joe – looked really tired. Dwarika walked and walked and walked some more. Their right back powers reallll deadly and tried springing Glasgow on the break but he either over hit it or Glasgow over slow for it but after the rest gary looked top for joe. Mcomoie made 3 subs dwarika and powers an a nex man come off ……..hardest aint come on 2 games 2 reasons for ti to make up. He looked still wit a lil puch in his half time teatrics

Calidonia – began brightly looked really likely to score. Jagdeosing  still running for annnnnnnnny ting I get tired watchin him.conrad had a clear runon but ref blow off side he was lil joe biased. 70 min tinto on for nex striker jagdeo and tinto up front. Tinto first real ball hits lyndon Andrews a spanner and cut fake Andrews ffalls on his bottom flaing arms , entire crowd screams tinto tiinto tinto free kick to joe. Tinto causes another foul dis time on himself gives newly came on defender second yellow. Shelly a antiguan steps up and blasts d free kick past figuroa who was slowwwww for the entire game. By now Andrews walking Conrad tinto 10 and jagdeosingh running like no tomorrow .

Final score cali 1 joe 0

Calidonia relie a lot on luck

Joe tactiacally sound but dwarika and an unfit hardest will provide nuttin for the forwards

Player of the game Conrad smith deft touches galore control cali middle

no real standout for beenie to look at remember the name kendall jagdeosing cuz he may RUN into u

Thanks for the run down. Seems like Joe Public have "big names" playing that cannot produce the goods. No surprise to me.
