I am more concerned about his Tactical skills than his English. The man is Dutch , for crying out loud.

The Mother name Whitley and the Father name Seaton. The man wanted that name for he chile, you know how man stay. So for peace sake the Priest baptise him with two names- A bit of Solomonic Wisdom.

Bertille being ole school, did not like the insistence of both names, thinking it would pose a mathematical problem, especially in Barbados. It would appear to Bertille that we would have been registering an extra player or use up an unnecessary sub.

No Problem- Leo would find a good Dutch name like Hullit'or Van.

It Depends if we make it to Germany- Everybody on board.

If we dont make it six months.- Until the end of the Hex Campaign.

Then we will wait for Latapy to finish with Scotland and call him for the big haul.

The Same as in the Past- Back to square one- Waiting on Mr Warner.

Walter have you heard the saying"The more things change the more they remain the same."- That is TTFF motto. The same Khaki pants all over again.

We will wait for a Quick Fix in 2008, fire the first coach on April 1st, then the second one at the hex. Bring in a foreigner for the last hurdle.

On a positive note let us hope either Nakid or Latapy will stay for the long haul. I doubt it about Latapy as he has already promised Falf- that after the next three games he will make a decision.

I hope that I am wrong on this one- TTFF , please make me eat my words.

With the Spirit shown yesterday and a new Coach that can take us to a higher level. The sky is the limit.

Three points at home against Panama will bring the crowd out and will do wonders for the Team's confidence.

I think Jack should invite you to do a motivational session or two with the Team.

Football / What game Joel Bayley saw
« on: March 31, 2005, 07:02:26 AM »
Fellas- I have just read most of the Post and then checked out the Newsday report from Joel Bayley. I am left to wonder what game did he see, especially on his take about Yorke.

I am ashamed to read his report on the Guatemala game when it is posted.
Where Is scott sealy, threading water, it looks more like we are sinking.

Say what- I believe in Miracles and Yorke may just give us a bunji on Wednesday.

Reality check-The number of chances we threw away against Guatemala, had they been taken the score would have been T&T6vs Guatemala 5.

A guatemalan who saw the game , honestly said this.

We should at least have scored three against the States.

« on: March 26, 2005, 08:16:23 AM »
Fellas- If we had taken our chances against the States we would have at least come out with a point.

Jack told the fellas in Miami, that a win will have the stadium sold out on Wednesday, and we will be second on the table as States will beat Mexico on Sunday and Panama will draw with C/R.

Bertille said the man upstairs did not want us to win against USA, so I hope that he will design it so that we will win Today.

I just dont understand why they dont leave my God alone.

I tell Touches- I buying a ticket to come home for the Panama game

At that stage in the Competition we would have six points.

Wait a minute here= Have some of you guys ever played football. Have you ever been on tour and not gotten a sweat.
I gather that the coach wanting to see how his starting eleven was doing, and having seen them gell, gave the other brothers a run in the position that they are shadowing, in case of injury,

It is so simple. the icing on the cake on this Post was JUMBIE who in a moment of great wisdom said that Man does get injured Jocking- and he put a fine lick on the point by adding Ask SAM.

What a thing.

I am anxiously awaiting Sam's rely.

« on: March 20, 2005, 04:04:16 PM »
Well said brother- Dreams will remain dreams unless there is a plan of Action.
The problem with us is that the good will always be the enemy of the best.
I heard today during the Birmingham/ Aston Villa game that some one said Aston Villa is a model of mediocrity. I thought of our Campaign thus far.

The bottom line is that you have to get the right people on the Bus before you can drive the bus, At times you have to ask some to get off the bus.

That to me is the problem with TTFF.

Football / Re: Warriors assemble in Miami today
« on: March 20, 2005, 01:06:47 PM »
The Talk coming out of Miami is that The Coaching staff afraid the fellas would get injured. Secondly a defeat against a decent opposition will kill the already fragile spirit.

We would not lose this one as the fellas playing for bertille. He made it clear that this game is make or break for him.

I guess that is as good a motivational factor as we can get.

We want the best = So what.

Football / Re: Express and Guardian Jabloteh reports
« on: March 18, 2005, 07:05:30 AM »
Maybe we need to look at Grayson, the new Jabloteh coach. The way Touches excited about this Team 's performance. Yet on one of the reports the writer did say that Grayson's substitutions changed the chemistry of the team.
I went to school with Grayson,he was not good at Chemistry.

Otis Seaton, whatever is his real name is a boss player. he and Jemmott need to be harnassed. We have to groom players not look to the past .
Latapy did is a great favour by not playing.

I am going with a one nil victory in guatemala, and a 2-1 victory at home. this is providing they play with the urgency in the last thirty minutues against the USA.

Football / Argentina vs Mexico- Injunchile
« on: March 12, 2005, 06:27:35 AM »
I saw the Argentina vs Mexico game last evening on Gold Football tv. Mexico played all over a second string Argentina team in the first half, using the wings with great effect.
In the second half Argentina controlled the midfield and Mexico was ball chasing.

I hope Lincoln, etal take note. Dont give them space as they were shooting from outside the box and control the midfield.

We also need to look at their counter attack, quite impressive.

Argentina used most of their Olympic gold winners in this game. Is their a lesson here?

Fellas- That match was something else. See what good coaches can do. It is not only about the talent on the field. It is about tactics and choice of players
