Keith Look Loy made a great point of a playmaker in the middle of the park, bringing the ball from defence  to attack. also like the suggestion of bringing two of Hart's boys for the next game. Akeem Garcia and Rampersad.

A better second Half. Muskette (10) injected some energy.

Deeks , I agree with you , given the lack of time with the players and what we will call a pick up side as most of them arrived on Friday, I was disappointed in the basics. Marking, urgency and a fighting Spirit.
To look on the Bright side , I saw a little better second half. the little fell that look like Latapy (10) look like he can make the cut going forward.

Contro is right. Having lived and work in Trinidad from 1973- 2000-and having worked in the USA.
Performance beats old talk. Different work ethic, Continuing education . Performance appraisals and if you cannot compete- Surplus to requirement. One has to be fit Physically/ spiritually and when you are black work twice as hard to have a seat at the table

Players must have respect for the Coach. Somehow the foreign Coaches have the edge when it comes to Respect. Something about the Culture- Foreign better and NIH- Not invented here. Sad but true.

In todays Express= TT$50 million in debt - where will we find the money for a foreign Coach.

I am Sure Yorke would take it. With Latas and Lara around that is enough motivation.
Why not give Fenwick a chance.

Congrats and Best Wishes. a new beginning. What we need is a servant leader and a heart for what is Best for Trinidad and Tobago Football. The New President must have a vision and let all the stake holders have a say in the way forward. We need to recapture the Spirit of The Gally Era and build from the community levels and then attract the Fans back to The Stadium.
 To God be the Glory,

We seem to get near the river Jordan but cant cross to the promise land. I remember Jack warner saying that the Women's team offered the best promise to make a world cup. we were competitive despite the inherent problems , then we seemed to have lost the script. we had the talent but fitness seemed to have been the problem . What went wrong - Forumites.

I looked at the game yesterday and it was painful to watch, Boom Kick hoping to find the lone forward. No midfield player to bring the ball in transition. Good first half but looked like school girls in the second half. Was it fitness levels yet again. Most of these players have been together a long time . Basics were not there .

Looking at the highlights- Thanks to TallMan- we were wasteful in front of goal . Hence the result.
I was awaiting the Coach's response but he seems to be silent.

What was the attendance like- Some thing is drastically wrong if we cant beat Grenada with this team that we put on display. Still leaking goals- down 2- nil near the end of the game. Some one's job has to be on the line.

I remember Touches had to be lifted up to get in the stadium on that fatal night when all we needed was a draw. I was a Senator and I gave up my privilege seat in the stadium to a man with three sons who could not get in because of over sold tickets.  My  brother and I walked back to All Saints Rectory saddened by the politics that played out on that day. I was at a clergy meeting tonight when Revenge was sweet and how I glory in the fact  that as Beenhakeer  said on any given day , it is 11 vs 11.
now let us believe and move on to the next level.
I am a Malvern Fan and what I admire of that team in the past was blood , sweat and tears . that is what we need of the new generation of ballers.
Folks don't know when you live in the States what this Victory means to us in the Diaspora
