Lawd, Montserrat could have a mighty team!I saw that also
Soulman your argument is more to the point.
However (I am no Jack apologist )
I am not sure that all of what you said in your letter is correct.
Jack said on Spalk that they made all the accounts available to the players and that apart from this particular share of the net proceeds the players were paid everything else owed to them.
There are always 3 sides to a story and I would want to know what really is the deal before making bold statements about reneging on contracts etc.
The fact of the matter is that some of the players have been " black listed " for taking action amongst them 1 who is a friend of mine (I have not asked him what is going on). I have spoken to an senior ex-official who without elaborating too much has said that simple arbitration would resolve the matter but the 2 parties are too militant to go that way.
The TTFF does have a grip on our football and that is the way it should be, Jack having a grip on the TTFF is not, but everybody knows that money talks and BS walks.
Jack has been financing TT football for a long time and if he says jump big men will ask how high ?
I think this is the wrong time to try to get Jack out of our football with our teams performing the best we have seen.
The turmoil that would cause could mash everything up.
Imagine the mad rush for positions, the inexperience, the fact that our favored status (because of Jack) would chnage, the vagaries associated with goverment funding etc.
Your letter whilst well intentioned at best will get you a reply that associations don't get involved with the administration of other members and as such really can not petition FIFA on a stakeholders behest and at worst be read, chortled at and then make up space in a wastebasket.
Finally ask yourself if Wimp and company are so good at what they do and would find meaningfull employment elsewhere, why don't they simply resign and tell Jack that what he is doing is shyte ?
I don't agree with this action.
This is family business.
If you want to beat up JACK keep it at home, why put this thing all over the place especially when the chances of anything coming out of it is zero ?
And what happens if the legal action is lost by the players in TTFF's favor ?
I don't see a letter either

i think we should make a new thread for this so that d members can be informed. and we could have every body examples in one placehow yuh intend to do dis WC, what way will be most formal i.e paper based or digital to sendDon't think so, WC. Keep the momentum going. all the papers can do is apply pressure. FIFA member nations can ask questions at FIFA meetings. Bet most countries aren't aware of whats happening. As I have said before, there are national federations out there that would love ammunition to fire at JW.well in that case would it be better for the FPATT to promote this or does the association feel that it would be best that people on this Forum take it under their wings to do so?
I say lets get writing.
Think thats for FPATT to decide. However, being as they will have to be a political organisation, they probably won't be able to express their feelings in the same way you or I could.
Therefore, I think the forum members should email their feelings direct. Be easy to cut and paste the letter to each separate federation. Bit tedious though!
There is no FIFA rule that prevents the formation of an Eastern Caribbean Football Federation, and that entity taking part in FIFA competitions. Besides national associations, FIFA also recognizes whichever entity is organizing, and supporting football in a region. Hence if the supporters and players in T&T choose to abandon the TTFF and go with another association, then that entity can be recognized by FIFA. If I remember correctly, I think the rule is that recognition of the new association requires approval by at least 65% of FIFA members.
Since Andre hosted Wim Rijsbergen on I 95.5 today, there is definitely more pressue on Jackula to stop de foolishness.
Wim came across as definitely in favour of football unions as he went throughnthe same thing. Also he is part of a Dutch equivalent of FPATT and is also a member of a coahes union and let's de lawyer handle any crap that he may face or ppersecution etc.
Wim made it clear that the players should havestuck together and made their case stronger. In principle he is kinda in support
He decided to show that he is not as wimpy as the press makes him out to look and made it clear that he was not afraid to say that Jackula eh pay him for 3 months. Whether de money dat FIFA sent was diverted to his son's corrupton case penalty is not we problem.

Apparently Wim is working behind de scenes telling Jackula to stop playin' de ass wit' we team and stop de blacklist. He just does not want to be in de front page of de papers doing it. He did us a big favour by consistently using that word (blacklist) over and over till it began to hurt de ears of de listeners. Blacklisting is now a household term. Thank you Andre and Wim for exposing de stinkin' nastiness dat Jackula is up to and sensitizing de public. Landmark interview. Thanks to the footsoldiers on socawarriors.net for creating a small part of thr pressure. Leh we not stop
Apparently also, Jackula was forced, yes I say forced, to finally release a budget of how de money is to be spent on de coaches and Boynes is releasing funds. Excellent. Accountability is de watch word!!!!!!!
Dis going to die the same way de other one with Mr Hislop as advisor went.
Unions does only work when yuh have a majority on board.
This is just another attempt by some of the players minders to get rid of Jack.
See where this thing is by the time the qualifiers start an tell mih if ah lie.
