Alright Ned ah go break it down for you. Yuh gettin piece of the puzzle in each post so I will break it down so that even Elton John could understand.

Denzil get some good lovin for the first time in his life from a girl and she started to bleed (probably was she first time too).
She probably was screaming and bawling bloody murder (pun intended) while doing his job so when she was bawling and he see blood he figured he musta killed her.

So he got tiz-zick (anxious, scared) and ran down the street with blood on his clothes like he just commit ah crime and tryin to find somewhere to hide....so his friends ROTF laughing at him and called him bleeder and it stuck.

So there you have it.

WELL CONGRATZ BLEEDER...you will make us even prouder than you've done already.
PS- Theo ask Rahim what he did when he was at Falkirk, training and everything esle and for heavens sake DON'T DO IT... just jokin Rahim
much obliged  ;D

ah wonder what he told his family  :-\

Badboy, tell Denzil that the Shuttle Boys will take him out to Rosies in Falkirk and show him how to party Scottish style

 :) :) :)
yep , like he needs a bunch of spotty , adolescents to teach him how to party when he has Latas for company  ;)

just wait until the bairns find out why they call him "bleeder". ha!
I'm sitting here with a screw pan trying to find out , does bleeder mean that he hadn't put it away or that the 'decorators' were in  :-\

thanks for the reply Tallman - trouble is , now I need to ask what ‘tiz-zick’ means  :-\
It means: "to be in a nervous or agitated condition".
nice one - so 'bleeding' is running at speed ?

be patient , I'll get it eventually  :-[

Congrats Denzil. We all hope you learn a lot there and better yourself as a baller.

D question is whether Falkirk go play d man in d first 11 or have him bench warming. I haven't seen much of Denzil's career, so i can't comment bout his playin style... buh allyuh think he and latas could be a good tandem in the heart of midfield? Would u call Denzil a defensive midfielder, a general type midfielder (one who distributes the ball effeciently to the playmakers), a playmaker, or a good center midfielder useful in a squad?

Can he adapt to another position like carlos has done?

Falkirk have been down to the bone in midfield due to injury recently , normally it's our strongest position - John Hughes doesn't seem to rate Vitor Lima and I reckon Bleeder would've been playing had he been available - I'm sure he'll get his chance , it's up to him after that .

get yourselves over to Falkirk , we'll play you (with Latas in blue of course  ;) ) it's been a while since we saw a home win at The Falkirk Stadium  :P

from the 'available' nations I posted yesterday I reckon Poland would be your best bet - Spain and Portugal are also free if you want a tougher test .

France logo is a chicken
U think they gte embarrassed when they droppin goal in ppl ass?
didn't think so
it go be d same thing when we drop goals on ppl
the French emblem is a Cockerel which came about because Gaul sounded like the Latin word for cockerel - Gallus , I think it looks a million times better than the T&T shield monstrosity .

Is this 'thing' going on the team's jerseys ?

How about a Red Ibis (in a similar style to the French Cockerel or Liverpool's Liver Bird) with a black background and "Together We Aspire, Together We Achieve." around it in a circle ? Traditional , bold and simple !

just a thought  :-[

anyhoo back to the topic  :-\

The Theobold transfer was always going to be in January if at all , I've seen no recent press reports linking him with a move to FFC . He is already listed as a Falkirk player on some websites .

Falkirk manager John Hughes stated in this weeks Falkirk Herald that he intends to strengthen the squad during the transfer window and has been down in England scouting - center backs are a priority .

I hope Denzil is better that Rahim btw  ???

Paraguay are ranked 30 - Wales went for the 'harder' game .

may I also add - It's hard to judge teams from different regions based on Fifa's rankings . I don't believe Japan are better than Germany or Iran are better than The Republic of Ireland for instance .

Football / Re: T&T will not be playing Wales on March 1, 2006

Does it have to be a European team ?

(some) European teams not playing on March 1st ::

Spain (ranked) 8
Portugal 9
Greece 18
Poland 23
Romania 28
Bulgaria  46
Belgium  49

none of which would give you a test of England or Sweden's style of play but Poland , Belgium or Bulgaria might offer a game under 'similar' conditions to Germany - Poland ran England hard in the qualifiers !

« on: November 30, 2005, 03:40:42 AM »
what we have to hope for is that the man eh get injured in Scotland and he get enough time to rest and recover from that league

er , excuse me  >:(

Latas is 37 , he needs to play regularly to keep himself in contention for Germany - an injury at this stage in his career would be disasterous .

Latas will travel to Germany even if not selected in the squad , he has a lot to offer and I'm sure he would still take part and organise training sessions . He would also be a good ambassador for T&T he has many contacts and is well respected in Europe .

let me ask you this though - if things are going wrong on the field of play who would you guys be looking for on the bench  ;)

T&T - it's not every day a Falkirk player takes the field in a World Cup

Italy - Mrs Ned is Italian , I have great standing amongst my in-laws as I was present when Italy won the WorldCup in 1982 .

Anyone who plays against England - yep , I'm that sad . There's a few reasons for this but mostly cause of the coverage we recieve in Scotland from the English based media . I also lived in England for 12 years and despite watching their games in the pub with them I was singled out as a 'Jock' and made a few early exits from pubs when England were losing .

Check de danger

good luck next summer

I feel latas have to skip that Inverness game...or come off the bench to add a spark if Falkirk in trouble. Too many games in too close proximity that week for a 37 year old.

So wait nah...Falkirk have their coach playing too? No offence, but a side with a 40 year old controlling the defence and a 37 year old running the offence should not be able to compete with the best that Scotland have to offer... :-X
Speaks volumes as to how much they have achieved already with such limited resources !! :beermug:

OK , firstly on the 40 year old in defence - That was 'Yogi' Hughes' first game for us this season - our Captain - Craig Ireland was suspended , we have other players that should propably have come in but Hughes decided to pick himself - I reckon that will be his last game . Incidently he set the record for the oldest outfield player in SPL history .

Secondly , Since I posted about Latas yesterday my Old Man (Ned Snr.) has told me that he read that Latapy has stated he will hold back from any 50/50 challenges before the play-offs  ??? I don't know if this is true !

Football / Re: Collin Samuel has chance to turn tables on Falkirk

Collin came on as a late sub , I applauded the guy onto the pitch as I liked him as a Falkirk player but he was well and truly boo'ed by the majority of the home support .

He did look slightly overweight and as I've said on another thread he chased one on one for a ball with our manager John Hughes (40) and lost out !

He didn't contibute much but he did score , he was up against Hughes again but by this point Hughes was carrying an injury but had refused to go off as Falkirk had used all their substitutes .

Dundee Utd were far superior on the day and deserved to win .

Todays game finished Falkirk 1 Dundee Utd 3 (Collin Samuel got the third for Utd)

Falkirk were very , very poor today and Latapy looked uninterested , he lasted the 90 minutes but I actually thought he was going to be subbed late on , Samuel looked slightly overweight and was matched for pace by our 40 year old manager John Hughes - he did score but United were well on top at that stage and John Hughes had stayed on despite an injury as all our subs had been used ,

a day to forget .
