Football / Re: Arsenal vs Liverpool - Take 3
« on: April 09, 2008, 06:58:34 AM »
First of all, I am GUTTED!

Secondly, NO WAY WAS DAT AH DAMN PENALTY!!!!! Yes, Toure deserve some bullpistle for a wrong decision to pull on Babel. But dat referee (once again) decide the match.

Congrats Liverpool. Ah know dis is allyuh competition. Still prefer dem to Chelski doh. :P

Oh lorse! Ah tell yuh, Arsenal go send me to therapy oui! As somebody said last night, doh send boys to do a man's job. I think is time for Wenger to do like everybody else (big 4) and buy de best (& probably most expensive) players and try to win trophies. Use de youth system to produce and sell players to get de dosh to buy de big names. Cause let's face it, dat is what Arsenal lacking, some big names.

Elderman and Co are focusing on business andnot signings and competitive sucess. Several ''Big Name'' people (e.g Ian Wright) have already complained about this, Dein going was a big blow. Even though Wenger has never really spend BIG MILLIONS (ex Reyes) consistanly he doesn't have the backing to spend. But thats the way things go sometimes, Arsenal will rise again.

btw they use the word Gutted in Trinidad? I didn't know that. :rotfl: :rotfl: (someones been here too long  Just kidding)

This reminds me of Jonathan Edwards, The former British Triple-Jumper who wouldn't complete for on sundays until he changed his mind and thought this was a message from God.

Edit:

''a decision which cost him a chance to compete in the 1991 World Championships. However in 1993, after much deliberation and discussion with his father (a vicar), he changed his mind, deciding that God gave him his talent in order for him to compete in the 1993 World Championships''.

Leeward Islands (Anguilla, Antigua, Montserrat and St. Kitts)

Windard Islands (Grenada, St.Vincent, Dominica, St. Lucia)

Barbados probably wouldn't want to join.

Those teams I believe those be the best Combinations.

wow..

how can simoes not know who jermaine pennant is??

I thought international managers does keep abreast of the game.. anyone with a cursory knowledge of the game would know this fellah from since he arsenal youth days.. pennant is a champions league baller now..

and considering the fact that he is on the jamaican radar that makes it even more unbelievable..

Only one of the first footballers at the top level to wear a tag *sigh* Jamaicans *shakes head*

Really nice photo's.

Apologies for the next comment and hope this isn't taken the wrong way, but are you allowed to publish photo's displaying the registration of Dean Ashton's Car? I am unsure of the legal situation regarding websites but I know the media isn't allowed to do this in the UK, they generally have to blur the registration of vehicles owned by individuals. Maybe Tallman or Flex could clarify.

That is a good point Rodney, it is a common privacy rule with TV and newspapers. Better to remove the link Seeker.

Nice pics though. Congrats again on the opportunity.

Just re-upload it by putting some yellow paint on top. The car is sexy  ;D
I've already deleted the photo from my computer

I think Arsenal is disliked IN ENGLAND primarily because their entire starting line up are foreigners.

Most neutral, non British observers are fans of the Arsenal way of playing.

Chelsea is hated because people feel they have bought their way to success.

Man U is hated because dey is Man U

Fabergas need to stop whining and focus his energies on more important matters.  If this helps to motivate him to porove everybody wrong, then more power.

Otherwise..STFU, get over it and play de game.  It comes with the territory.

Probably because of their huge 'Black' support too LOL

LOL @ the Trini papers reporting as if JA was at full strength and Trinidad wasn't. Our team was a very young team also. We had an 18 yr old, 19 yr old, bout 3 20 yr olds and Shelton 22. We have more overseas based players because our players are being bought by English teams more regurlarly than Trinis. We cant help that. Three of our yongsters got their senior team debut today but Trini papers left that out. It was two weakened teams against each other. LOL, bout young Trinis hold Big Boyz.
Yuh so blasted dishonest. What about King, Marshall, Ricketts, Burton , Daley ,Demar Phillips and Shelton who is already an established  player. To say your team had more experience than ours in an understatement.

This is like Arsenal V Tottenham syndrome.Like a few people know on here I'm a North Londoner born and raised Big Arsenal Supporter. When Tottenham BATTED Arsenal, I just admitted it.

Some people behave like wankers (Note I said behave not are) and just don't want to admit things
