ironically struggling to get in the team because of the presence of Ruud Van Nistelrooy, the man he could well now partner at Real Madrid.

GUATEMALA  CUBA USA TNT that if we win our playoff games

JAMAICA MEXICO CANADA HONDURAS -  if they win playoff  matches  group of death

costa rica panama /elsalvador haiti  guyana/suriname

Doesn't another draw take place after the final 12 are decided? If so, couldn't we end up in a group like USA, T&T, Guatemala, Jamaica?

While Yorke & Latapy are legends for us trinis, I hardly doubt that we could classify them as legends on the world stage, for two simple reasons:

(1) Latapy never played for the greatest clubs on earth, Real Madrid or Manchester United (as Sanchez & Yorke did). Even though men like Maradonna & Pele didn't play for these 2 clubs, they won WC's.

(2) Yorke will become a legend. The fact that he is still playing makes it sort of inappropriate to call him a legend. Just like sainthood, they make people saints many years after they acheived whatever good they did.

Fellas, I know is a long time since I post anything here, but I can't take it anymore... I mean I happy like first time...But I cyah handle the 'johnny come lately' support from everybody! In work, in school, in the media, in corporate trinidad, on the street, at home - all of ah sudden everybody is a flicking fan. It hurting because I is a man going every home game since I was 8 years in 1989.

This rounds I asking everybody if they know who was we first opponent this campaign and who we play. Not a flicking man know! When we play Dom Rep and Carlos broko he foot, then the return in Mannie ramjohn when we give them 4 - I was there, as many of you on this site - we total less than 500 trinis in all !

And so, I real happy for mih boys and for Jack and for we, but I sour dread... I couldn't celebrate with these phonies tonight. Mih pardners check meh, but I know dem an' all is flicking bandwaggonists, so in my heart I couldn't lime with them.

Fellas, how I supposed to deal with this dread ?..help out ah brother nah...

One man is a multiple World Player of Year, has ten world cup goals (with at least one WC to go), has won every honour in the game, is considered a phenomenon.

Ronaldo could win the NOBEL prize...he still is a shitsnake.
All he used to do is beats and finish. Now he cyah even do that no more. If yuh lucky, he might finish a couple.
The man fat and lazy and has no committment to the team. That is why he is a shithong.
Just like Yorke, yuh could rip up in the past, but if yuh playing the ass now IN THE PRESENT, to hell with you.

I ain't say no - yes Raul purging now.
I ain't say Ronaldo never acheive nothing - yes he did.
CHECK YUH FACTS
1. For the last 2 seasons Raul was playing out of his traditional position.
2. More than 30% of Ronaldo's Madrid Goals was assisted by Raul.
3. Ronaldo (now) is the laziest player in Madrid. Now yuh could compare he and Stern John.
4. Unfortunately for people who know football, is not only goals does make a striker - is off the ball running, recovering lost balls, attitude and teamwork - why yuh think Raul always in the side if he not scoring.
5. Camacho make a mistake and drop Raul for a league match, and was fired before the next match day.
6. And yes, as one man say, he could make the side with a wooden leg - that is how much people respect him. Just his presence on the field raise the type of game that Madrid playing.

All I say was to take Raul name out of that shithong list. That list is full of physically and mentally lazy players.
I never say Raul have more goals than Ronaldo!
Is just Ronaldo is shit compare to Raul.
Class is permanent, form is temporary.

Football / Lesson to be learnt from Northern Ireland
« on: March 27, 2005, 07:54:45 AM »
Fellas,

Last year, when Northern Ireland played us in Tobago, I had the great opportunity to lime with about 8 Irish fellas in the two days leading up to the game.

They are a dedicated group of fans who travel all over the world when their team is playing. The whole two days, all they talk about is their football, their players and how much they worship their team.

So after the game (and after a 0-3 cut arse), we were going our separate ways, and I said to the guys - "Well, we will see you all in Germany!"

And they looked at me in disbelief. I expected them to laugh in my face, Trinidad to Germany?

But in fact, they told me quite frankly, "Raul, we're not going anywhere, we'll never make it to Germany!"

And since then, I could not understand their logic - spend all your money, all your time, travel around the world, worship your team and players, always praying for a win and consistently shedding tears for a team...well knowing that there is no prize at the end of the day, no trophy, no success, no cup and no glory.
I could not understand this....
I could not understand this until my team lost 5-1 last night.

We can all hope and pray for our team and love and worship them, but at the same time, LET US FACE REALITY!

Raul
