:sleepy: wake up 6:30 to watch Juve open d stadium in Serie A against Parma this morning...we win 4-1 so its definitely been worth it. 4 different scorers with men like Vidal scoring on debut. Happy we could open the stadium so emphatically, men was givin me talk about the Notts County game but this is what counts. Also great to see the stadium full and I hope it stays so for the season, too long it upsettin me to see Italy most supported team with so many empty seats. Glad we take the lead in Italy in terms of new stadium, will truly help us.
On the field it will do Conte well having this result because journalists would call for his head after one bad game. Juve squad deep this year, and with no European football he have a task to pick a team every week. I have only one worry after watching this game, Pirlo has been far and away the best player today. I'm sorry but he is not the guy I want the team depending on, I want him like Giggs on Man Utd where we use him for big games. Don't want us have to rely on those legs for a long season. To my fellow Juve supporters, we can't think about title yet but on this display we looking good for a CL return so  :beermug:

I saw today that Michael Ortega from Colombia gone to Bayer Leverkusen. I'm definitely gonna be keeping an eye on him, looks an exceptional player in tha middle. In that Xavi mold.

Cool, good discussion.  Thanks for taking the time.
I hate when I spend big money on strikers who don't produce, then I have wasted time waiting on them to score plus I have to take a points hit when I shuffle my players around.
I also pay some attention to buying players whose prices are going to rise, in order to turn a profit and have more cash to spend on other players later on.
Then I also inevitably have some scrubs on the side and when they playin crap and their prices drop, I have to use the profit from other players to buy better bench players.
Also yuh have to consider that certain players' cost start high and keep rising, so that if you don't get them early in the season, you may never be able afford them.

scrubs dropping prices is a scene no doubt. either u have to minus points or basically have a handicapped team. good to have men on d bench who can contribute.
good to c men appreciate the attempt

Great question.....ah feel d ppl who does run it aint qualify and lock off. Firebrand posted d list from last yr so it shouldnt be too hard to set it up if u wanna take it on

He plays in Mexico

Love watching these tournaments to have a look at the up and coming talent. Colombia punishing France right now 4-1 in d 78th even after missing a penalty. Funny enough France aint look that bad and they could be leading as well.
It amazing to see how global the game truly is nowadays because even though i know 3-4 of the french players like kakuta and griezmann etc i dont know the Colombians....so I sitting here watching the "new" talent saying well this or that player could get bought by a european team. Well of the 3 Colombians who looking exceptional Michael Ortega, James Rodriguez and Luis Muriel i done hear the commentator say one at Udiniese and one at Porto. I didnt hear them say what club Ortega at but he looks such class i wouldnt be suprised that he already in europe as well.

if france took their chances and had a better keeper it could be dem up 4-1.  patrick cros was dropped in favour of ligali who i find real $hitty...anyway i glad france get a blowout..i doh like france at all.

rodriguez and muriel play real ball.  muriel said is goal is to be leading tournamnet scorer.  i like forwards who have those type of objectives.

Yea d commentator did say that about muriel. Real pace and he take d 1st goal nice. I remember long time these tournaments had real scouts to buy players. Imagine d coulibaly fella who top score in U17 was already on an Italian team n now he gone Tottenham.
As for Ortega...wha club in Mexico he on. Youth real nice...look pure class in tha midfield. Thats one i'd like to c where he is 3-5 years from now.

I think Klinsmann would be great for the US. I love how he had germany runnin 06. He knows US players and even though he turn dem down b4 I think he might be willing to take d challenge now.

as a ny fan i think is a good game bein down 3-2 without henry, marquez, ream, agudelo. barca aint gone be barca without messi (yes extreme example) so is no scene. and i see real ball knockin...i aint know if men does be objective or subjective when talkin bout mls...cuz it way better than say 3 years ago.

Does anyone here live in Seattle or Portland? Watchin my Red Bulls vs Portland and d vibe in Portland look bessss. Jus wanna know if anyone goes to the games in those cities. My bredrin n I plan on takin a trip to an away game in 2012 n those 2 cities leading the way right now.

DeSoWa does live in and go seattle games!

Yes! Live and present at most home games as a Season ticket holder! And I must say, it's an experiece like no other! PO are just imitators, if you want a true experience of a lifetime with a record 36000+ sellout crowd, then Seattle is it!  ;D

Big Up!

seen! my bredrin n i are Red Bulls season ticket holders. I watchin allyuh beat up on us right now on ESPN2 and lovin d vibes in that stadium. I think seattle definitely at d top of d list as we plan to travel to an away game next yr. have to price plane tickets to seattle though as thats probably d farthest US team from NY.
