..according to the match report he got it in the 90th minute. Maybe he got a 2nd yellow on purpose in order to miss the Honduras game? i think two yellows and u only miss one game, whereas a straight red makes u miss three.

THREE...WHAT DE ARSE!?!!??!  WHEY DE MATH IN DA EQUATION?!?!?!

In less than half a season, KJ has tied his league tally and surpassed his total goal tally of last year. That's what I call a steep learning curve

add that to him already missing a significant part (2-3 months) in the beginning of the year  :o

« on: December 26, 2008, 11:07:57 AM »
what da hell u talking bout elan!??!?  the man ALL OVER DE PLACE..forming wall, coming in to defend free kicks and corners, and many times coming back in the midfield to help push the ball forward while cisse stayed on top...the man have fricking stamina to be running around so much, especially since sunderland's defense and midfield is crap.  Say what u want, but he was the HARDEST WORKING PLAYER on the field today...me eh kno what game u watching?!?! ???

hopefully KJ could make it 3 games in a row.
Better than that , it's time for a hatrick!
:beermug: Cheers ah drinkin to that  :)

Well that's kind off hard to do with him being on the bench.  Hopefully he gets enough time in the second half to do some damage to Blackburn.

Jones started and played the whole game....what u talking bout?!?!

I was just thinking and watching this man the other day.  He is so precise with his touches, and is a good playmaker.  Just the kind of player you want on your team to build a play or continue one.  You have to give props to Fergs for knowing how to build a team.  He really knows how to put one together, instead of one just filled with stars.

Not to be a spoiler, but Kenwyne miss a SITTER!!!  After he turn his defender upside down :P, he hit de shot STRAIGHT at de keeper....he coulda have a hattrick, but he still play damn good.  One thing I like bout Kenwyne, is that he ALWAYS runs back to help the defense out.  It is undoubtedly his defensive qualities in him (from his younger days) burning inside him, and with a defense like Sunderland, I would run back too  ;D

Football / WHAT IS CORBEAU(COBO) BRAND FOOTBALL?!!?!
« on: December 09, 2008, 02:38:59 PM »
Now this name has been bouncing around this message for as the last year or so. Now my fellow forummites, I would like for ya'll to define CORBEAU brand football ???.  Let me start, I think corbeau brand football is a 'dead' kinda football, mainly stacking the defense and more or less playing for a draw.  Not much creativity or offense, just waiting  :P

discuss...

Football / Re: Haiti is technically eliminated
« on: December 06, 2008, 08:44:56 PM »
Haiti came from behind to close a 2 goals deficit but Gwada said no way! They scored a 3rd goal in extra time to win the match and deal the defending champ a lethal blow. Haiti will have to beat Cuba in its last match and hope Antigua do what Haiti itself failed to do: beat or tie Guadeloupe.

Match ended 2-3.

However, this is the first match since the last gold cup in which Haiti seems to be coming back. Our new colombian coach seems to be on the right path despite the disappointing elimination.

Allyuh have on ah dem too! :o

LULZ!!!
