ok...so BPtt has just sent a notice to it's employees to advise of heavy rains and that they should leave...
they did the same at 2.00pm yesterday...

i know i'm a bit late...but here's the run down...
Hyatt - expensive and food like shit...view varies
Normandie - very nice and tucked away in d heart of it all and very economical
Hilton - great location, fabulous service...only suites are currently available but come March next year thier standard rooms will become available ( more affordable), and excellent food...with an injection of 100+million dollars to spruce up the hotel for the stay for Summit of the Americas...
Kapok...great location, resturants, rooms a bit smaller though...
Marriott...great value for money, location, location, location...food can be better but u next to movietowne that offers shopping, food and entertainment...
Alicia's Palace...fabulous guest house, great servie, wonderful view...but u need transport for this one...
Please keep in mind the following dates:
24th - 25th February 2009 - Carnival
17th - 19th April 2009 - Summit of the Americas
27th - 29th November 2009 - Commonwealth Heads of Goverment Meeting
if you need a lil inside help depending on when u travelling...feel free to send me a message i can assist as i deal with these hotels daily for my throng expats in and out every few days...and i got me some great contacts...
