« on: May 08, 2008, 05:21:41 PM »
If England decides to play strong, we'll comfortably get 6 or more but if they decide to take it easy which i think is going to happen they'll settle for 3. Let me hear some predictions. :rotfl:

Jack says that the TTFF deserve this but what about us, what do we get for always giving them our hard earned money, NOTHING. We have always(at least some of us) paid to see every T&T match and now they having a celebration so why couldn't they charge TT$100 and give something to the fans for supporting them over 100 years. The fans who line the streets, the fans who cried when the ball fall out the sky and into the net and killed our Italian dreams, the fans who were there when we get rob by voodoo. Nothing for us!!

Football / Re: Game vs England: We wearing Black!
« on: May 07, 2008, 08:37:25 PM »
This bake and shark guy really from Trinidad?? How the hell will anybody stop a person from going into the stadium because they're wearing black, only a fool will let that happen to them but then again, Trinidad is a fools paradise at the moment. I called for a total boycott but there aren't enough people with balls so the no balls people may or may not wear black which is much easier to support and yet still man can't even do that. If you all do wear black, you all should stand throughout the game, that'll sure bring some attention since at least 3/4 of the other people will be sitting and chatting and not even taking on the game. You may also be hearing questions passing like which one is Gerrard, which one is Rooney, that tall one in the back(Terry) is Crouch ent... :rotfl: :rotfl:

All the no balls trinis, just keep bending over and taking it from the back, we do that in everything and it seems there will be a gay pride parade just now. KFC gone up, they quarreling while in the line then smile with the cashier and make they order. Chicken prices cut in half is a headline in the papers today, yuh think KFC price going and drop, NO and not one man jack will breathe a word, just continue to fatten prestige pockets. The same goes for the football all the money they made for the cup, they try to hide it, the government blow the whistle on them and they still trying to hide, ease we up and give the fans a bligh. Warner throwing dollar party for carnival, why doesn't he throw a TT$100.00 football game as a show of appreciation for the fans. Boycott of the game will be the biggest statement we could make as a people. The wear black thing is just a sugar coating of sh1t and the end when yuh lick the sugar off, all you'll be left with is sh1t. I'm tempted as the days go by to buy a ticket but i'm holding my resolve so i'll go outside the stadium in a black jersey but i'll not go in and i challenge all the people to do the same. Also someone should try to contact Lasana Liburd, i think he will definitely be interested in writing something about the black day as i call it, he may even get Jenkins to write something in the English press.

You study Jack bro. Stay home and read the England Vs T&T thread . It will be updated from men using their blackberry in the stadium. Hold tight.

What exactly do you mean? Are you just another no balls trini or are you even a trini??

Good idea although you all would still have paid but it's going to be hard to pull off in any big numbers. We practically have a month to spread the word as far as possible and judging from the responses so far(only 6 pages) it's not getting too far out there. We need to post on all forums where we think trinis are gathered, send emails or even get a radio announcer to bring it up somehow. I'll not be going to the game but i'll support the black day.

Hey Fatz long time no see....
Check out this thread and come back and we goh discuss...

http://www.socawarriors.net/forum/index.php?topic=35540.msg420918#msg420918

I was now reading that(posted before i read the board because i was having an argument with some co-workers) It burns me to know the barmy army coming and i won't be going but i decided that i will be standing up against oppression more now and by boycotting this, that's my stand. Even if it's by myself, i'll stay strong and go all the way although it burns. The wearing black thing is a pretty good idea but the fans will still have paid their money. It will also be hard for it to be successful since there are way too many posers who will be going to the game (unfortunately) and they just turn it into some kind of catwalk. I was alone in the Bahrain game (last game i saw T&T play in) and it seemed as though it was halftime throughout the game because most people were just walking around modelling (good eye candy though) and disturbing my view of the game. Black isn't the most fashionable colour today so the posers and non-supporters will find it hard and most likely won't even give a sh1t about a protest. Good luck in getting support though but for it to work, it'll need more than a post on this forum. I suggest it be posted on every possible forum, triniscene, trinituner and whatever other forum trinis gather on.

Football / Re: Are the High Price of Boots Worth it?
« on: February 21, 2008, 02:22:26 AM »
What determines the cost of boots these days are generally materials used to make it, technology put in for comfort and the weight. Then there's the fact of which player wears the boot to actually play that sends the price up a bit as well. I'm sure that no player in Trinidad without a sponsor will actually pay upwards of US$100 for a boots and well upwards of US$200 in Europe or the US. But in the end it might worth paying the money because the more expensive boots may actually last longer.

Little Fatman is what he goes by now, he called me and said that since i'm Fatz. People just making up shit because he not really playing up to standard. Personally i think he's being a little too casual in games and maybe he needs to be a little more decisive. The Liverpool game showed that because he was out of it most times although Sissoko and Carragher i believe was always biting at his heels.

« on: September 14, 2006, 05:46:04 AM »
What is the age of this 'Jack' they call Tnt Villain?? This boy, man, girl, woman or in between must be mad!! Everybody always wondering why our country in the state it is and can't find the answer, it is because of foolish, unscrupulous people like Jack Warner. He's only out for himself and his family and noone else. All the money he said he spent, never came out of his pocket, that was money already due to us by Fifa for our football development and Jack being the manipulator he is just trying to fool the people into thinking that it came from his pocket. They jail Panday in Trinidad, they catch Sadaam in Iraq, they kill the terrorist man in Pakistan and i feel this is Jack turn to get hung. As the greatest song writer said, you can fool some people sometime but you can't fool all the people all the time. Clearly Villain and quite a few others have been fooled and still are fools that are being fooled and will continue to get fooled. :rotfl: :rotfl:

The Tevez and Mashcerano deal smells full of shit. Both players seem like they wanted to move to big clubs but somebody paid some good money to get them to move to West Ham. Since West Ham is owned by the same organisation which owns Corinthians, who really made money here?? I'm sure one or both players will be sold in January for bigger money.

Warner is where he is because of T&T football but although he said he will not be supporting financially again, he will still be dipping his hand in TTFF pockets. He just trying to fool the fools again who believe he is a saviour after he done screw allyuh 10 ways to hell. Right now, he on a political move because he already have fools believing he do the country the biggest favour ever. We will see when all the chips fall into place after the world cup euphoria is over, we'll see the sheeps from the goats and the lions from the pussies.. :rotfl: :rotfl:

 Â

Spann  getting he  meadal  nobody_s angel   and it eh bronze  ;D

Are you sure was he called in the 24???? Cause no medal was pinned on him on Saturday.

Well the world cup squad consisted of 23 players so spann has to be the 24th player . I did not hear the ceremony but on i-sports last night Andre said spann got the chaconia and the 750,000 units and 250,000 cash.

Okay I get that but no medal was pinned on Spann at the ceremony on Saturday. His name wasn't even called.

If the medal was given to him I am glad. I knew that the squad was 23 men but no medal was pinned on him. If it was a last minute decision to include him I am still happy and my campaigning is over. I just hope that he really did get the medal. Just sorry he could not receive it the same way the others did.

There were not enough to go around yesterday hence the reason for Spann not getting one.

Football / Re: PICK THE NEXT COACH !!
« on: June 25, 2006, 11:09:45 AM »
I say we go local, it's time we make our own style. I heard Lincoln Phillips i think saying in an interview that we should adopt the dutch style but why do that when we can adopt our own style. We had a dutch coach and by no means did he adopt a dutch style so why should we try that. Go local and put plenty support behind the coach win, lose or draw because it's a teething situation and success doesn't come overnight but gradually. I personally was thinking about Latapy as head coach with some experienced men as assistants. Look at Van Basten, Klinsman, Rijkaard, Voeller, Beckenbauer, all these players never had any big experience but yet they got big coaching jobs and some have been more successful than others.

Manning move smart with teh units because he know is only a setta of limers on the side who will just spend that money wildly so he invest it for them wisely and they will end up making about 2 mil or more in the next 3 years once things on the market run good and once they don't just go by UTC Monday morning and ask for a big cheque.

Reports say that there were not enough medals to go around that's why he wasn't presented with one then and there but i say they should have given the one Wise got to Spann instead and share up Wise money to a few other players.  :rotfl: :rotfl: Stern should donate half of his money to charity for his half effort and Theobald should get 20k for his goal line clearance and donate the rest.
