Levi Garcia is right about the discouraging comments that our own Trinis make about players going to India, the Indian League is on par with TT league or better, not worse, there's a liklihood of being spotted by scouts from Europe and many other scouts, from better footballing countries than TT.The Indian League has players from Europe,South America,Central America ,Australia and Asia,we cannot match that.Garcia is right.

AB TriniThat has given me some hope,I feel that there must be more people like you in TT with your views so a younger generation may change from what is now standard.Thank you!

DeeksI am pleased that you have given me that bit of info.I have been listening to this bloke Philip Alexander and if he is to believed, then both the Government and the UNC have done very little apart fro fill their pockets, and both have done badly when in power. What hurts about TTs politics is the Afro,Indian politics,I mean man,it's 2020 and our people I see as, the most intelligent in the Caribbean, are still voting by race.I seriously believe that things would change if the UNC can change and become a party with a smaller percentage of Indians also, have a non Indian leader.I believe then our voters won't be stuck in a voting culture decided by race,I would also like to see Indians vote for the PNM in strong UNC areas.Maybe I am asking too much.

Why those people always rioting, burning the place dong, getting killed by the police, are they the most deprived people in Trinidad and Tobago.Does the Government know that those people are their most faithful supporters, why haven't the government done anything for them over 60 years.Did they think a f**king swimming pool will solve their problems, those people must show the government, just once that they are fed up and give their vote to someone else,if not don't vote at all. They have been pissed on for 60 years.

What is more surprising is Abu Bakr lining up with the Government, the PNM,as the saying goes "only in Trinidad".This man is living the life of Riley after committing Treason, should have been shot by a Firing Squad,or serving a Prison sentence for life, and it shudda mean life. This is the hallmark of a Banana Republic.

DeeksI will keep my fingers crossed for this man who I think is more Trini than me,I hope his attitude has changed and less of the hot head.TF mirrors the attitude of people from the North East, the people come from very deprived parts and maybe TF is one with such a background. They all seem to have a fighting spirit and even sound like they want to fight when they speak. When I was studying in Manchester I heard one of the students talking,I said are you from Newcastle, his reply,"like f**k I'm not i'm from Carlisle",the thing is Carlisle is a stones throw from Newcastle.Manchester people call them "nutters".One question did you agree with TF as our coach.

We have messed about for over 10 years with a load of nobodies who couldn't prove zilch,we now get a man born into football in football crazy North East of England, played for England, and also has some extensive experience, why the fuss now,I am sorry for TT.Just wait see what he can do,he hasn't inherited plain sailing,it's not an easy job to reshape TT football. Why fuss about the money the man will be earning,it's not mind blowing by standards of a national coach, the people in charge knew what they were doing,Mr.Fenwick didn't write the contract himself, did he.

I took the chance to read up on some topics but found a whole load of old stuff about UNC and KPB.I was hoping to read some stuff about the business that took place between the TT government and Venezuela/Aruba and the 150 million dollars.I would like also to comment on what I am hearing from the leader of the PEP,is Trinidad being robbed of millions by their politicians. Why after 58 years in power TT suffer so many ills, and is Covid-19 only a smokescreen to cover up their failures after a bit over 4 years.I read the TT papers everyday and can't help sigh sadly, you are ruled by a dictatorship and don't know,ah hear allyuh "like it so",it look so to me.For TT sake I hope Philip Alexander wipe out the PNM and the UNC and stop this f**king Afro/Indo politics.

Mr.Nakhid we have to educate our people to vote not for race,Indian voting for Indian and Afro voting for Afro. It's true that after 58 years in power TT hasn't improved as a nation.

“They’re also circulating a letter from the TTFA, on a TTFA letterhead, and they’re not allowed to do that,” Hadad said. “That is fraud. You were removed, on March 17th, you were given a letter saying you were removed. You need to abide by that.

Well, Mr. Chairman, although it isn't ideal, it isn't fraudulent ... but it does go to the heart of the matter contended.

If Kenwyne Jones wants to be good, he can be de best thing on de field but if he not interested, he is f00cking Tata like he Atlanta coach name.

He had everything to be de best thing we ever had, but de f00cker too lazy.

He would have been a great athlete because he built for it, not football, too lazy and uninterested.

I met a bloke from the North East and as usual started talking football,I couldn't wait to ask his opinion about KJ,his response was,KJs name up here is "The plank".

I just have to look at that picture and know those girls won't beat anybody, they look too "girly",can't we find some butch looking females, lesbians and those kinds, the teams that do well are usually packed with them, good examples are England and the USA,and looking at some other countries you don't need anyone to tell you.Serious business...

Trinidad and Tobago are now doing what they should have done at least 10 years ago,you have a man who has played at the highest level for his country and that man has achieved so much in Trinidad, what were you all waiting for,Latapy a very good fballer but knows very little about coaching so to did DL.Prior to those 2 you also had some 4th raters doing the job, what a sick administration they should be sent to serve time in Carera for bringing our game into disrepute.Just listen to T.F and you know he knows all that there is to know from top to bottom. It took so much crap to happen to our football before yall give the man the job.Let's hope for a change although it could be a slow process.

If one long ball reaches the player it's planned for why use 15,20 or 25 passes to do it,long ball could always open defences just like possession football,TT don't do the long ball good enough to get results.

Deeks,it seems to me that when they go to US Colleges /University,they forget TT and take well paid jobs instead of dicing with TT football. It then becomes necessary to stick with the non college boys with less intelligence ;D,i hope people don't take this too serious, but seriously
didn't our best teams in the 70s and in the 90s was full of college boys,I could be wrong,I don't mean US colleges just our own colleges in TT.

Nobody needed a private conversation with DL to know he wasn't up to it ,his results told us and he resigned knowing clearly he wasn't up to the job.It is fair to assume that he wasn't up to it.You are "splitting hairs"

The best thing that has happened to TT football but it took too long for DL to realize he wasn't up to the job,had he stayed another season or 2 we may well be down with the likes of Burma and Bangladesh.DL was only taking us down and down, the English Trini could not do worse in fact I expect better and a climb back to where we belong, the second best team or the best team in the Caribbean.

I remember TT teams of years gone by with players who either had French surnames,Portuguse or Spanish surnames,I wonder if anybody can say any TT team with the most such names.

It still have players with French and Spanish surnames. What does that have to do with TT team anyway?
I half expected such a response, why such a simple question evoke such a response, you question me about what has that got to do with TT football,in case you don't know it says something about our culture and the different kinds of people that makes up Trinidad. Why has it got to be such a response.Anyway I meant nothing, and I don't know what you think, but your question definitely have undertones,I will never understand why certain people take things so seriously.I don't blame you mate, most Trinis I meet does have a paranoid attitude.

Andre is talking about the standard and the foreign players,I actually read about that about 3 years ago and back then I thought Indian football is  improving faster than we think.I have seen results, and teams that would have beaten them with their eyes closed, they are now having to defend to hold on for a 1-0 win. What is also improving is the younger generation is latching on to football as their number one sport.Their results prove their position in FIFA standings which is the same as ours,104 I think. The fact is 104 isn't a good standing for us because that's a slide, for India it's a climb.

117
We will never be able to qualify for another WC because we as a people are incapable of organisation. We should stick with Carnival, give some of those people who organize the biggest fete in the world, the chance to sort our football problems out.We now on par with India and they will soon pull away from us,just like the smaller islands are now doing. We are definitely 10 or 15 years behind the better teams in CONCACAF,Mr.Wallace say they planning for 2026,that is far fetched.

Sadly we will get worse.
