I would take the win, I am wearing my red today, but it was all too late, overall it was not a great game and I was screaming at the team to get the damn ball out our half of the field, knowing all too well a 1 goal lead is nothing, but by divine intervention we prevailed. It is bittersweet so I am inviting my US co workers to come sit next to me on the couch when World Cup starts. LOL!!

When US back against the wall they play hell hard to win and they usually do, where in our history have we been outright winners against US? HMM WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO!!!???
We have had one or two WINS here and there but we are consistently inconsistent and fall apart when it matters. Fellas look at our stats for a second, is 18 GOALS WE CONCEDE!!!!

Hey Pull stones, what did I say!!!!, we defense like a strainer. I was highly optimistic when Lawrence came but, he has no solid game plan that can counter any of the teams in the HEX and this 4 5 1 does not produce results, we have to adopt a bolder approach to our game!

It has been hard watching the Warriors this year, I had so much hope that we could pull it together and at least grab some points along the way.
WE WERE TERRIBLE AT HOME AND AWAY
Every team we played especially the Latin teams beat us with one fundamental strategy.
PASS AND MOVE! Teams ran rings around us and had us chasing them for long periods. On the flip side we again showed a lack of ability to maintain possession, errant passing and lack of shots and creativity. We had nobody up front willing to shoot at every opportunity and kept losing the ball in the final 3rd of the field. I tried not to compare what Lawrence was doing to Hart, but good lord it seems like we regressed.
Back in 2015 after not seeing the team in action for some time, I was overjoyed and surprised as I am sure everyone was when we played in the Gold Cup, to the point of tears when we faced Mexico. WHO WAS THIS TEAM!! OMG !! Finally I thought we were playing the way we all know we could play and had a coach who seemingly found young hungry players willing to work and brought out the best in them.
Fast forward to the HEX and WTF happened!!
I am expecting nothing from the US game, to me at this point it's an easy win for the US. AH WELL SIGH

The game I saw was terrible.Yup I totally agree, that game was rubbish, we still playing savannah football, no effort, no display of tactical awareness. I am sorry but the speed of the International game is far beyond what we are doing, and we will be destroyed come March. 4-3-2-1 is not for us because we do not have the quality players needed to take on defenders one on one. I am hoping that once we can field our core players, cato, jones, molino, hyland, bateau that we could have a decent showing!
