Sad thing is ... The player who wins the Golden Boot AND the Golden Ball is the offending player who should have known better ... Asisat Oshoala.

Good to see Mbock Bathy live up to her pre-tournament billing (Silver Ball).

Thing is the reff spoil the game everytime with the business end of the whistle.
But I am proud of Nigeria anyway. There's something wrong with this system when Ghana
get sent home with 6 Pts and Korea went on with 4.

If a keeper accisently plays a ball back to an offsides player, then that puts him onsides.Simple !

The German keeper just barely save the Nigerian shot on goal which put the second Nigerian onside. That is a francomente goal .That ref and announcer ain't got no shame. Robbery. This is how they are World Power.

... and so the giants of U-17 football have returned to the finals. NGR v. MEX it is. :applause: :applause: :applause:

There can be no doubt MEX is doing something absolutely correct in the fuerzas básicas age group.

Both teams are explosive and even though NGA beat MEX 6 to 1 in Group Stage,MEX coming back w/5something to prove.NGA is too well trained for kids. They even have 14 & 15 year olds on the roster. Can't wait.

What about a game with the 06 Warriors, since these guys returned from Germany they have never played a game together friendly/fete etc i think it would be something for the Football public to see these guys together as a team like the Strike Squad does, fans would have like to get up close and chat a bit with Latapy,Yorke, Shaka,Lawrence etc these guys just created history and that's it.

Sounds righteous to me in light of their treatment.
It will show that our heroes have the flag & the
people at heart.Besides they represented CONCACAF
better than anyother team from our region.

« on: August 18, 2013, 02:14:45 PM »
Very Good article. I include trini sweet potatoes ( Grayish in color when boiled ) the night before & 3 hours before a game to allow it to go from stomach to intestine to avoid cramping or vomiting. You could add Vitamin B & Zinc to aid carb conversion .Use Pasta after games with half mile walk to avoid pain in legs & upper body.Cold water or Gatoraid enters your system in 10 mins as opposed to 30 mins with ambient liquids.

I vote for JMW.He stop more shots on frame than we take on opponents. We squander ah few.For the amount of saves JMW make,we coulda win 1 to 0.
