I like this topic.

Imagine they brought in a Brazilian no name coach they find in the amazon in Brazil and yet they can't win a game, this team operates like the TTFF under Oliver Camps, they cut players pay or threaten them to leave for a reduce fee, they fire players in public instead of dealing with them in a better way and they love the quick fix and expect results right away.

I believe north east stars is bogus.

Yesterday results

T&TEC 0 v North East Stars 0

San Juan Jabloteh 1 v Police 0

If you asked me, Joe Public deserve a thread as they are the most successful team in Trinidsd ever.

This news is disturbing me a lot.

You guys are so amazing here its a shame.

Jack tried to form a Caribbean unity.

Give Caribbean people a voice.

Fight for CFU instead of being run by a European who have no interest in Caribbean football.

You wouldn't believe the benefits CFU would have had if Bin Hammam had won election.

Do you believe Platini or Blatter would do a better job.

These white men does not give a rats behind about CFU.

Jack fought hard for Concacaf, we had two places before ladies and gentlemen, he got us 3.5, no one else would have done the same.

Now Platini will inherit FIFA and CFU and Concacaf is doomed.

Be careful what you wish for.

Europeans laugh at us guys. They are slave drivers, especially the French.

The Mexicans and Guatemalans are for themselves.

USA is Chuck Blazer's world, and believe you me, he have no respect for small island people, a typical American.

Can you guys see the benefits and favouritism European countries gets comepare to the others.

We need a minority in FIFA who have us at heart.

Who ever taped this will soon feel the pinch, I am surprise one of our own sold us for pennies.

Jack will be laughing soon. !!!!!!!

Guys, I just want to give you a quick message before I head to work.

Without being serve, the court case will be postponed again.

I would also like to add that the 06 Warriors will not be given a penny more then they already took.

Jack is acting PM no judge will dishonor such personnel, so expect a slap in the wrist.

Camps have deceived us and now he does not know how to run the federation.

Like it or not, Jack is still here and no one can stop him, not even FIFA.

I can assure you that FIFA does not care too much about what goes on locally in T&T.

Jack will raise again !!!!!

From a SWO insider....

Regarding the TTFF vs the 2006 WC players court case today where the Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation (T&TFF) and 16 (now 13) of their 2006 World Cup players wrangle over commercial revenue earned from the "Soca Warriors" historic qualification for the FIFA showcase tournament. Read More.....

I can assure you that no press in T&T will cover this story, because it's bogus like Shaka Hislop and his boys.

It seems Rowley not letting Jack get away with  the import or use of US dollars in Bin Hamman's bribery scandal!
I see people getting hold for all kind of minor traffic offences! We will see how this latest attempt goes! Never a dull moment in sweet T &t,

Pal....

Keith Rowley is an opportunist and will say anything, all this is just hot air to win votes.

May I remind you that Jack won his seat by a HUGH margin and he will do it again, they love him in T&T because he is the hardest worker in his field and others [politicans] hate him for that. He outshines them.

The FIFA scandal is closed and sealed, Gibbs, Blatter and Kamla wants no part of it.

Stop swallowing everything you read, politics is not for any and everyone.

All these are just questions......

Tony James and Horace Burrell is Jack Warner very close friends and they are leading the race to represent CFU.

Rumour has it that Keith Look Loy was fired by the TTFF and has been replaced by the man of many trades Anton Corneal as TTFF Advisor.

Simpauls travel was the ones responsible for the foreign players tickets that came for the last 2 qualifiers.

The Concacaf and FIFA offices are about to close down in T&T, whats going to happen to the Center of Excellence as it was built with FIFA money that FIFA pay's a heafty rent to maintain as well.

Sportt (Errol Ashley) was a good firing, now things might be looking up.

Government money has not been release as yet to the TTFF, Anil Roberts is still awaiting paper work from the TTFF.

Jack Warner is still very much involved in T&T and regional football.

These are some controversial questions Pal.

First of all, Keith was not fired, but he has been muzzled like a pitbull on a leash. He was Jack's hatchet man once and now he is on the other side of the fence, he is known for putting his foot in his mouth and will creep back to us for help oneday.

Keith will not be awarded EFA and we are trying to seal SFA, CFA, Tobago and North before he tries.

Jack is personally liking every bit of Horace Burrell and Harold Taylor, when they win, he will still control T&T football, its zones and CFU, bit by bit, Jack will be back. Traitor Chuck Blazer really does not know how Caribbean brothers get along.

Jack owns the Center of Excellence Mr Insider, get your facts right, he bought the land and built it with his personal money.

Why do I get the felling heads will roll after today's gave- North East Stars v Caledonia AIA.

I see Caledonia winning this game 3-1.

Youth goalkeeper Glenroy Samuel is a good option for North East Stars to invest in.

I am surprise that the majority here voted for North East Stars winning the league.

I really hope Joe Public draws them in the FA Cup.

What you conveniently forget in this post is that it was Jack warner who negotiated the 50%. So, if TTFF must be run like a business, the very last person who should be involved is Jack. You rightly point out that 50% is too much, but I've never seen an employee say no thank you to a bonus deal.

Now, maybe, if Jack had been honest right after the World Cup and said, fellas, I got a bit excited back there, but I can give you $250,000 each, and the rest of the money is going to be used for 2010 preperation, womens football etc, I'm sure they would have understood and accepted. But he wasn't honest. He presented false accounts to the players (and subsequently to the High Court of Trinidad & Tobago). The money is unaccounted for and seems to have disappeared (it certainly wasn't shown in TTFF accounts)

Warner, is a very good minister and I've always said that had he not strayed into financial scandals, he could have been a great P.M.

But the facts are that he has been involved in financial scandals and therefore has lost any trust both locally and internationally. These facts can't be changed now.

I notice how you love to call names and critcise, so tell me, why don't you admit your identity and step forward to change TTFF?

The players ran to court before anything could have been negotiated, so what do you expect the TTFF to do ? back down and just pay them millions.

The initial payments the TTFF made which I must admit was a bit small, but they want to go to court, so lets go.

Jack will raise again !!!!!!

And for your information, FIFA slapped the Warner's with a million dollar bill for a so called ticket scandal and the million is yet to be paid.

Can't you guys see how FIFA is just doing all this to clear their names in the public eye, you guys do not know what goes on behind the doors.

Yes I am you twat. When the world cup finals start, all teams have 0 points. All teams have the backing of their nations and may negotiate their bonuses. If I compare T&T to USA, they would have wanted TT$4.5 million, and I never see them ask for that. As for Trinis working for $400 per day, I believe that you may be correct in some ways, but its down to employers to stop liming during work hours and actually learn to manage. This will only happen when bosses delegate responsibility and make their employees accountable. The answer most definately is not employing foreign workers.

For someone who so dislikes Trinis, why don't you pack your suitcase and piss off somewhere else? At least the air will be cleaner when you've gone.

So all the bookies would have put money on T&T over Spain, England and USA, get real, even before a ball was kicked T&T odds was against them.

When T&T becomes world beaters, then they could negotiate their bonuses, for now, they have to relax and build a name first.

No body pay losers millions to score own goals.

Football / The TTFF must be run like a business to survive.
« on: September 24, 2011, 03:20:09 PM »
The TTFF must be run like a business to survive.

They have been here for over 20 years and if they have to pay out everything they make on players and then take the remainder of the profit and put it towards the others teams (men, women and staff) then how will they survive ?

The 06 Warriors wants half the profit, even if it was promised to them, and the other half of the profit must go towards the other teams for the future of T&T football.

Jack has spent millions before the 2006 World Cup, don't you guys think its only fair he gets back some of the money he lost.

These guys wants half, then the other half must be split with the TTFF who have to take from their profit and invest it back into T&T football while most of these retired 06 Warriors are like vultures, first come, first eat, forget the rest.

The NFL did the same last year and lost the court battle, the new NBA season seems like they are heading for a disaster because they want the same, so no NBA this season.

Can't you guys see how these greedy players are affecting the game.

How can the TTFF pay the 06 Warriors millions and then pay the other national teams quarter of that, is that fair.

No one came out and invested their money in the first place and when you make a profit they all want.

Do you feel companies operate like this, give out all their profits and then close up shop, come on guys, be reasonable.

Look at today, Jack is gone, Camps is on his way out and yet no one is even showing an interest.

To run a business to need money, to start a business you need money, Jack used his for over 20 years.

Do you see any clubs in the EPL or the lower leagues giving out all their profits to players.

If the TTFF closed down tomorrow, I can assure no one will come in because they do not want to take money out of their pockets to help any team.

I love my people, but they have no back bone and all they do his hide behind success because they are afraid to come up for the challenge.

I see everyone on here supports Lincoln, Look Loy and David John Williams, asked yourself where are they.

Keith is running up his mouth about EFA.

Lincoln is now retired after his last paycheck he so called earned.

David John Williams is a business man who just looking to capitalise, kiss the TTFF backsides so his players could play on the national team and get caps so they can be sold.

But no one stepping forward for the betterment of the game or to move forward, the Pro League is about to fall down and no one is making a peep, they are all scared.

Not even the fans are coming out, they to not giving the league and players their money. But I am sure of Ronaldo come to play for W Connection tomorrow, you will get a full stadium, so the fans to have to take blame, all they do his complain. Trinis love to jump on band waggons.

Let me remind you guys, Jack Warner is acting Prime Mininter, he is also the best minister in T&T who does his job with pride and hard work, while all the other ministers are partying, drinking and having a good time, Jack is preparing for work the next day.

Jack will raise again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're right. Stern John was free, so we could have had dozens of JP rejects. In fact we did actually reject some players who were panicked after being treated so disrespectfully by the Warners. Maybe you should take the $50k you crow about and hand it out to those people you made unemployed?

I think you really need to go back to school Pal, maybe you went to a Junior Secondary in Toco. ?

I was never referring to a transfer fee, I was talking about his salary which I have sure its a heafty sum.

Like the national team these men do not come cheap, a next reason why Sancho's best friend Kelvin Jack refuse to sign with North East, its all about the green.

"If North East is better because they compete in the so called Pro league where no one gets prize money, so be it."

Joe Public were  part of the board that voted to defer prize money distribution until the govt paid their money. But wait, isn't Jack Warner part of that govt? So, if I understand you correct, Mr Horner, you feel that Jack and his government are responsible for Joe Public leaving the Pro League?

Well, I sincerley hope you write to Mr Warner with your complaint and stop wasting our time here.

"Joe Public is already $50,000 richer and is aiming for the first price now." Congratulations...sincerely, I have a lot of friends at JP and I'm pleased for them. Not sure what the first "price" is...maybe you should get a keyboard with a "z" on it? However, I'm sure that teams like Nottingham Forest could winthe Championship in England if Tottenham run away from the Premiership and gave their players to Forest. Its easy to step down and beat teams that are below your standard.

You sound like you have a serious toothache Pal.

I sense that you are upset, however if you can read English, you will see that Joe Public only uses 2 players from their Pro League team.

Toussaint and Tinto, all the other players and coaches were sold or released, maybe North East Stars should have bought some, with the price tag of Stern John you could have gotten 2 maybe 3 Joe Public players.

Did you read this story as yet ?

Joe Public surge forward

Idiot. Spain were on US$716,000 per man to win the 2010 World Cup....that doesn't include match fees. USA were on US$895,000 per player. The England squads match fees for 2010 totalled over £1 million.

For your information, Mr Horner, the law is retrospective on theft, misappropriation, fraud etc. So the money done, and you seem proud of this, but it ain't over until the fat lady (your wife, by any chance?) sings. Lets see what happens in court on wednesday.

Are you comparing Spain, England and USA to T&T, a team that went to the world cup once and never scored a goal and then want millions, so if they were in Spain and USA's position they would have wanted billions.

Get real my friend.

Sancho should pay T&T, he scored an own goal and probably cost us the game as heads dropped after.

This is why in the Trinidad society today you cannot get a Trini to work for you, he wants to come late, take 2 hours lunch, leave early, call or text their wives 10 times a day and still want $400 a day. They leave us no choice but to hire Guyanese and other nationality to do the job, Trinis are just to greedy and in the end they will eventually lose out.

When will you guys learn that Jack didn't get here by guess.

The money is done, its been 5 years and two world cup campaign, a under 17 women world cup, a senior woman team, a under 17 men, under 20 men and women and under 23 qualifiers since 2006, the money was used up.

These players got their 7 million which is more than they first requested now take that small cash and be happy with it, stop trying to suck your country for representing the country you were born in, stop holding your country for ransom, you represented T&T as a country, be proud, players in Brazil and Argentina would play for free just to wear their national team shirt.

The Police and Army men represent their country at will for far less and they work more hours that these jokers.

Oma Lalla and Oliver Camps will be on the breadline soon.

North East Stars still doing better than Joe Public, because they are in the Proleague.

Let me finish that sentence for you Mr Andre.

North East Stars still doing better than Joe Public, because they are in the Proleague getting their butts kicked game after game.

Joe Public is already $50,000 richer and is aiming for the first price now.

If North East is better because they compete in the so called Pro league where no one gets prize money, so be it.

And if they continue playing the way they currently are by next season they will be playing in the Super League with a retired 11 who is over priced.

Pollard and Velox is already 40, what can they do, I am sure their legs are weary after 60 minutes ? they are even older than their coach Shurland David.   :rotfl:

I hope they sign their CEO now Sancho, they need help in defence, even though Sancho is known for giving away penalties and scoring own goals.

They were counting on winning everything this year, now they are back peddling.

If anyone here knows the CEO for North East Stars please let them know I could arrange to have Derek King coach their team on my tab. Or maybe they should call back James McClean from Guyana, he did ok with them back in the days.

Shurland David is a coach   :rotfl: :rotfl:  Can he motivate the players to come back, I doubt that, he can't even talk properly.

T&TEC is a new team in the Pro League and they are UNBEATEN in 4 games, not bad.

W Connection 4   North East Stars   1

Shahdon Winchester (34’), Mekeil Williams (37’), Hughton Hector (53’), Jerrel Britto (75’)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Stern John (81’)

This is where the goats are seperated from the sheeps.

Shurland David is a coach....  :rotfl:

Gordon, Cruickshank, Connell and Jagdeosingh are North East biggest problems.

Cruickshank and Connell are ok workers, they just play without any brains.

Durant, Glasgow, Pollard and Velox should retire, there are to many young good players in T&T to be ignored and North East does not have a good youth program so they will suffer.

I have decided to sign in early just for this wonderful news, the retired North East Stars 11 got their backsides (excuse my language) kicked yesterday by W Connection (An under 20 team mostly) in the First Citizen Cup.

4-1.

Shurland David is a coach.  :rotfl:  :rotfl:

I also have great news about Joe Public, they won the Super League knockout competition and we are on our way to win the league.

Here is the story.

Watson and company told the clubs they could do what they want and they could go to court. Then they sent an attorney's letter with a lot of legalese. The Look Loy campaign and the supporting clubs are now due to respond. They want to bring FIFA into the frame.
Meantime, there will be a CFU Extraordinary Congress in Montego Bay on 20 November. Four persons are listed to contest the post of CFU president: Horace Burrell (Jamaica), Gordon Derrick (Antigua), Anthony James (Jamaica), and ...HAROLD TAYLOR (TnT)! CONCACAF may be gone, but this is a move by the old regime to retain the CFU and, hopefully, influence over the confederation. Why do I mention this? Because the CFU battle is intimately linked to the campaign to hold on to the Eastern FA. FIFA will have a keen interest in what happens on both fronts.
Finally, a lot of people who have talked a lot over the years about the need to remove the old regime have failed to say nary a word in support of a democratic process in the EFA. No need to take sides - just to support Democracy. That would be enough to help the old regime to fall but they seem to have gone missing. Talk, talk, talk...

Like I said. Jack will raise again !!!!!!!! he always wins, God don't like ugly.

Jack did good for T&T football, who here could remember how he took his own money to help Marvin Lee and Mickey Trotman.

One way or the other, Jack will get a piece of the pie from football in the region.

I can guarantee you guys Keith Look Loy will not win the fight.

Let me remind you guys that Jack Warner is currently the acting Prime Minister.

International opportunities for Joe Public FC players
Joe Public FC

Please be advised that International club football trials with the Vancouver Whitecaps of the Major League Soccer (MLS) of the United States of America have been arranged for both Mr. Carlyle Mitchell and Mr. Marvin Phillip with immediate effect (courtesy Joe Public FC).

The terms and conditions of the trials and pending International transfers have been agreed upon between Joe Public FC and Vancouver Whitecaps FC and await the International clearance for both players.

This is part of the mission and vision of Joe Public FC to not only maintain its leadership as one of the premier football teams on the field of play but also as one of the premier football organizations off the field of play.  This has been routinely proven over the last fifteen years of our existence.

It is informative to note that Joe Public FC continues its strong relationship with the Major League Soccer (MLS) of the United States of America that commenced with the successful transfer of Mr. Gregory Richardson (Guyana National Player) to Colorado Rapids after the inaugural season of the CONCACAF Champions League season.

In addition, we have sent many of our players on football trials in Europe with the latest being former Joe Public FC player, Mr. Kerry Baptiste, to Ipswich FC of the United Kingdom as well as Mr. Hayden Tinto, member of Trinidad and Tobago senior men’s National football team.

I would like to thank our partners, bMobile, along with Blue Waters, Vemco (Gatorade), and Francis Fashions Shoe Locker for partnering with us over the last few years and assisting us with this successful venture among many others.

In addition, I would like to thank Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation for their assistance in this matter. Without their collective involvement, this opportunity for our players would not have been possible.

Stay tuned for more news as it relates to player trials and transfers with the Major League Soccer (MLS) of the United States of America as well as in Europe as we are working with a high number of FIFA certified agents to make our players’ dreams of International club football a reality.

This is the ONLY club with a proven track record both on and off the field of play and we welcome all interested players (youth, senior, boys and girls) in joining our club for a better future.

Well done Joe Public, well done.   :applause:

Today is a great day in football. Joe Public plans to be the biggest exporter this year.

I am so proud, let the critics talk now.
