Seems like God has smile on Central, how they lucky so.

Never liked this guy, he dropped me from the Under 17 team for no reason.

Congrats to Central FC, despite playing an under strength JP team, a win is a win. I miss the game and will be in Trinidad tomorrow.

I was told that JP played very well until ref gave Ricardo Bennett a red card, after which Central scored 2 goals.

I will view the tape and see what really happen, I was very disappointed and I know Fenwick instigate things.

I was also glad to see JP players Tinto, Highley, Goodridge, Toussaint, Alexis, Weslie and Joseph helping their teams. JP did very well and to date many clubs are benefitting.

I expect to see a new winner this year, maybe Malabar FC, Club Sando or Point Fortin Civic.

Gorien Highley should be in the Pro League.

Well well well, I guess Mr Sancho and Mr Harrison took my advice and grease Dexter Skeen marbles so the fixtures would land JP vs Central.

Even an under strength Joe Public can get the better of Central.

I cant wait for this game.

I saw Central play twice and the players excitement to the league is over whelming and their in-experience sometimes get the better of them. The team is not bad at all and I expect them to get better in time but that does not mean I have to love them.

I am calling on Sancho and Harrison to grease Skeene marbles so that he can swindle with the fixtures so that Central will get the chance to play Joe Public in the FA Cup.

And I hope that you come here and take your licks when we are done with you.

Joe Public sold all of their top players so I am sure Central should not have a problem beating them.

Joe Public is looking to get into the league next season, we are not 100% because there are some technical problems that I cannot say.

Loosing is ok but not against the Pro League whipping boys and has been for the past 10 years and by 4 goals.

Police and Rangers should be relegated, even the Super League is to high for them.

I can guarantee you that not one single T&T or former T&T player made a donation to help their former teammate and countryman.

But when Jack call them greedy they vex.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kTsoAwkwEUs

Where is the Sancho, Kelvin Jack, Hislop, millionaire Yorke etc ?

Anyhow, I hope the young man recovery fast. God put a hand and help this youth man.

Some ppl like to talk, when we say locals don't stand up or talk is unfair to the locals. What's happening is that no one cares what locals say or have no respect for them.

If any of these guys write an article or open their mouths is like they cuss somebody, they are criticise and degraded to the worst,Corneal,Vidale,Gally etc etc well don't talk about my dear friend Shabazz who is always standing up for himself,Coaches and players, this guy can't say anything because he is a Taliban etc

This is something i spoke about some time ago and got in hot water on the site for local Coaches and players hands are tied, they have no support and nothing to stand on,they are at a stage of no sir yes sir they can't bargin for anything what they are given they have to accept.

I find Sancho and his gang since they say they have set a precedent should step into thing like this but no,i'll stop here Thanks Benie.

Good job Mr Coops.

All the time Sancho, Hislop and Kelvin Jack had big mouths, now they get their money and you cant hear them no more. Players Union gone.

Is every man for themselves. This is why Jack called them out.

At Least Sancho trying something with a club in T&T but the others, forget it.

The reason why no one takes on locals is, they are to stagnant, they know it all and they cant orgainse anything properly.

Stephen Hart is born and bread in T&T and gets respected because he can do the above better. And I am sure Dennis Lawrence or Dwight Yorke will get the same respect if they return.

For example, no one will take Jamal Shabazz seriously because he has had his chance and failed. Same can be said for Angus Eve, Michael McComie and Ross Russell.

The TTFF give these guys all the tools to do their job and they failed. Shabazz had the women team for over 10 years and was worthless now Marlon Charles is doing so well with the same support or ever less.

The locals have to prove their worth not sit and reminisce about Jack Warner and Warren Archibald.

Look at Gally Cummings for example, he is still hung up.

Look at Angus Eve walking in the same footsteps and he was given a chance, 3 years with the T&T youth team and was given all the games to prepare and nothing to show just hate.

The local guys get to personal and take things to personal.

A couple years ago Joe Public and to a lesser extent W Connection did so well at the CCL level, now Caledonia is the whipping boys for 2 years running yet Shabazz is saying the T&T league is poor and we have to play catch up.

The locals love to dictate, for example, Shabazz will forever be Caledonia coach don't matter what happen. Stuart Charles also, how is that?

You cannot have the same people there and expect different.

But Mr Doc, you missing my point. I have no problem with Central getting players from smaller clubs but if they move on to bigger foreign teams and they get a sizeable fee then why not pass some on to the clubs that develop them, a finders fee.

Cyd nor George moved on to bigger clubs.

Ozil windfall for lowly former club
By Stephan Uersfeld, Germany Correspondent

Fourth-tier Rot-Weiss Essen is one of three German clubs in line to benefit from Mesut Ozil's record-breaking €50 million move to Arsenal.

Ozil started his career at the former Bundesliga club before making the switch to Schalke -- based in his hometown of Gelsenkirchen -- in 2005 at the age of 16. A year later, on August 12, 2006, he made his Bundesliga debut for the Royal Blues in a 1-1 draw against Eintracht Frankfurt.

After making a total of 30 appearances for Schalke, Ozil moved on to Werder Bremen in 2008, before making the €18 million move to Real Madrid following his eye-catching performances at that summer's World Cup finals.

All three German clubs are now due a portion of the Ozil transfer windfall. According to FIFA regulations, all clubs Ozil played for from the ages of 12 to 23 are entitled to training compensation, with a total of 5% will be divided between those clubs.

The allocation formula means both Schalke and Rot-Weiss Essen will each get a 30% share of the compensation, with the rest split between Werder Bremen and Real Madrid.

The three top-flight clubs may scarcely notice the small boost to their balance sheet, but the speculated €750.000 due to Essen -- around 50% of their annual €1.5 million first-team budget -- will represent a major payday for a club which went into administration in 2010.

“We will investigate the exact transfer fee and invoice Arsenal,” Rot-Weiss Essen executive Michael Welling told Die Welt.

Ozil's move to Arsenal makes him the most expensive German player of all time, overtaking Mario Gotze's fee of €37 million paid when he moved from Borussia Dortmund to Bayern Munich earlier this summer.

Hart took over where Shabazz left off.

These coaches need to stop pampering players and pick the best available.

Theobald is 31 and cannot provide any help for the team in the next set of WC games why not utilized his spot with someone who can really help.

Theobald had his time, he proved he was not up to the game in the GC and stars in friendlies maybe that is the reason they picking him.

While he was at Joe Public I know him pretty well, he does have a good attitude.

Leston Paul should have been here. We are dying for a number 10 and these games are important so we cannot waste them.

I can tell you that the players in T&T lack hunger though, so we really not sure what sort of attitude they carry. Maybe that is the reason some was overlooked.

Interesting to see only Connection and Caledonia players getting picked from the Pro teams in T&T. There run in the CCL is terrible thus far. Maybe Hart need some glasses.

I know Jan Williams from Central is there, but he is an exception because he is fresh of the GC and only now signed for Central.

Glad you guys starting to see for yourself Jack Warner was not the problem.

All these deficiencies still exist even under a few new special guys. Lincoln couldn't do it himself and sent his son to redeem his name sake.

I am sure those managers, Secretaries and press officer got theirs. And Shaun Fuentes is the official writer for the TTFA and only filming videos and writing stuff that has been on the internet days old. I saw on the Guardian today that he is still writing about Stern John and W Connection just played Houston and then copy and paste Glen story. Getting 2 salary for nothing.

I hope Tim Kee vote green this coming election. He assured me, he will.

And for your information Sam, Joe Public had Joma a while now. Stop spreading rumours, I could close down this place with one phone call.

Jack Warner will be PM one day and will blemish all these vagabonds and people who getting paid for nothing.

Very well said Anil.

The TTFA needs to get their act together. Let me guess, they will blame Jack for this too.

They requested money in July for a tournament in August in which they knew about since May.

Put them in they place Anil.

Sheldon Phillips, please !!! like daddy Lincoln, he will make a 6 month big splash and then disappear for years. Does Sheldon know the T&T anthem? another free loader.

They pay the retired 06 Warriors all the money they got and now they are broke and can't pay for the future T&T players to go to Cayman Islands.

Real backwards if you asked me.

Poor planning and poor organization.

Tim Kee looking for credit but not thinking. He learn nothing from Jack for the 20 years under the TTFF where he was a puppet?

This man is a soft head who looking for good name but going about it in a stupid way.

Nobody cares about you Tim Kee, you want votes ?

He love the game but he stupid and is easily influenced.

W connection look a little shaky but all trinidad teams look this way.

they are one of the better teams in the league so you can imagine what the worst team look like.

it is very hard for w connection to play at a high level when they play in the PFL

the standard of the league as a whole has to raise.

With all that said W connection should have easily won that game.

The benjamin fella is good not sure if he is trini but he can make we team easy

Britto had some moments hopefully he could go abroad soon

The St kitts defensive mid is a good player

and the Arcia player on the left could push for a spot on the national team if he is trini we have no left footed men for wide left midfield, carlos done now and he was rightfooted

Fevier does a good job, youth players constanly come through and remember a lot of men leave every year to get contact overseas

Leon
Winchester
Hector
etc

you have to constanly have men coming through to replace

That is not easy
But every year they are in the running and they always do well in the champions league might not advance but never get embarassed.

Fevier is the least of trinidad football worries.

he is probably the one coach that has done more for trinidad football in the last 20 years and he is not even a Trini

so we probably should thank him.

They are not the best team in the T&T league but not the worst either and have made many changes to their team from last season, maybe that could also be a reason for the way they played?

Furthermore, 7 players in their line up are not from T&T - Alejandro Figueroa, Joao Ananias, Kurt Frederick, Christian Viveros, Celio da Silva Santos, Gerard Williams and Mirko Delia. Some never played in the T&T league so how can you say that they are the better team in the league?

Arcia and Britto are strikers who do not score a lot of goals and they cannot play the wing. Locally, Marcano, Sebro and Russell Jr are much better wingers.

At the CCL level Joe Public is the best performed team.

Yes, W Connection could have won that game and now they will pay the price when they visit Houston. You can't dwell on could have and could off, results matters. Houston were missing many players as well.

W.Connection did good a few years ago but for the past 4 years they have fallen considerably. And given the status of their team with all 14 foreign players from Brazil and Colombia etc they should be playing at a higher level or even a better brand off football.

You guys need to stop making excuses, Stuart Charles is very comfortable at W.Connection and sits like a fat rat, sometimes, competition is good to rise the level of your ability.

As I mentioned, he is a nice guy, but he needs to know when he was out coached and out foxed especially in his own backyard. Did you see the guy sat on the bench the entire game and the constant shouting from Earl Jean to the players. Don't you think this affect them to a point?

And stop saying that they sell their best players, because Winchester and Leon is mediocre at best. Winchester may have chance if he take his experience from Finland serious.

Daneil Cyrus and Brendon Boucaud is not a W.Connection product, they are from Joe Public, we got Boucaud from St Anthony’s College. Same can be said about Colombian goalkeeper Alejandro Figueroa.

They sell players to survive and they also buy good ones too and nothing is wrong with that.

They have 3 players from St Kitts and 3 from St Lucia, they surely develop his players too.

You have money to buy players all the way from Italy but none to keep a few decent players at the club.

Football / Stuart Charles Fevrier
« on: August 21, 2013, 04:56:56 AM »
When Stuart Charles Fevrier leaves W.Connection I believe the club will do much better.

Outside of the Caribbean he will always struggle.

That was some hideous display of football yesterday vs Houston. Same can be said about their last appearance in the CCL in 2012.

Stuart Charles Fevrier has been with W.Connection for over 20 years and should off have the club playing a better and more structured type of football.

Like me or not, I tell it as it is.

Houston were missing 6 starters.

This is your home game, a game you need to win and the team start playing in the 81st minute.

The defence is terrible and weak. How can you send your best player on trail a week before an important game. Poor decision and it will cost you.

They just wasting money and embarrassing the sponsors.

Mekeil Williams has dropped form badly and was acting captain. This player plays with no common sense what so ever.

St Lucian, like Guyanese are not football nations and St Lucians are rampath at W.Connection, from staff to players, they knows nothing about the game outside of the Caribbean, they could talk the game very well though.

I like both Earl Jean and Stuart Charles as friends, they are very nice people but when it comes to coaching, they are not good.

W.Connection spends a lot of money of foreign players and none are good. Joao Ananias seems the only decent prospect. Viveros and Delia are average players. They need to spend some money on their staff. Santos out of the 2 looked ok though.

Silvio Spann should retire.

The subs Britto and Pacheco did not make any impact, especially Britto, this guy went from being a top youth player to a ball watcher.

Kurt Frederick is ok but adds nothing offensively. Arcia is weak.

He sub his best player Joevin Jones. Why? was he injured ? why didn't they switch him up?

This coach is lost and he looked so on the bench, he coaches tired, the same way the players are going to play. He looked lazy and Earl Jean needs to stop barking so much, sometimes it affects the players game. Leave the players, liike them play.

No tactical changes were made to improve the game.

Gerard Williams helped this team a lot, without him, they would have lost. I predict W.Connection is not coming out of the group.

David John Williams is in-bed to Stuart Charles and is blinded by this fact.

The team played without any sort of purpose and idea.

I wasted my time going to that game yesterday.

Again, your reply was a big smoke screen.

I don't blame the JP players who hassle you, they want to play Pro football. I get the same from other Pro teams, please do not feel Central is a special case, you are new to this Dolphin boy.

So Adams is good enough for a Hungarian champion club but not good enough for a fete match club with a slave driver as a coach playing in a pro league, that is very interesting. Central FC good enough to win the league then?

We wanted to sign him once and he claimed he was a free agent until David Williams stepped in.

I remember not too long ago you were crying in the lobby and thank goodness for Mike Berry you were able to get help, now you are train very well little black boy.

One question, when your little money you got is done, what's next, playing in the Pro League at 50?

You will not a get a black cent for Jack Warner and Jack Warner will never break jail. You guys had your chance but choose money, fools.

Penny wise and pound foolish.

Where is your friend Hislop. He only cares about himself, all the talk about helping T&T, I am sure he is helping himself all the way to the bank. Worst ESPN commentator there is, thank goodness he has connections. I wonder if he will help any youth players from T&T get trials with clubs?

How much was the transfer fee ?

I am sure Kevin Harrison knows better because in his country everything is published unlike T&T.

I do know that Central probably did not get a dime, because the player came through W Connection system and if I know David Williams to well, he will have some claw in the player contract.

Glad to see Central getting a taste of their own medicine as they did with those Tobago clubs.

Javon was a Joe Public player for a good while, we bought him from St Ann's Rangers a while ago.

I spoke with his mother earlier today and she said she will get back to me on his condition, I told her to let us know if we can do anything for her.

Javon like Tinto, likes to hang out to much and with the wrong crowd, not saying he deserve this, but I myself had to speak with these guys while they were at Joe Public. Tinto is a little thief.

The North of Trinidad is the worst place to life. It seems the youths find trouble to get out of the fast life.

These kids in T&T are different today, everyone has a gun now.

This is one of the areas Jack Warner is planning on working on. Guns in exchange for money.
