List the countries in this new Eastern Football Fed (a concept that won't fly easy in football).

I want to see the list of countries that will go from having an 18 man squad representing the country to maybe at most one or two of their players on the international stage.

IF   JASON ROBERTS FROM GRENADA WAS ON  OUR TEAM WE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BEATEN THE U.S,  and stand a good chance of beating Guatemala.

We need an Eastern Caribbean soccer federation.

If this old man could outrun we team, we in trouble. This episode reminds me of the novel "THE OLD MAN AND THE SEA by Hemmingay. Read it and you will see the connections and the moral. Trying in vein to catch the big fish aganist all odds. Did the old man have the tools or the fortititude?

The old man had the fortitude and that is why, against all odds, he caught the big fish.  But (if I remember) the novel was not only about catching the big fish, after all he did ``lose it'' in the end; nonetheless  his triumph was  somewhat deeper even though he did not have the ``material thing'' to show. The old man thought he had the tools to catch the big fish, but the big fish that took the bait was MUCH much bigger than he had ever thought he would catch.  If the analogy isabout determination, dreams and personal triumph then o.k  ..... it is a good one.

But we want the material win and for that we need an Eastern Caribbean soccer federation.

The single goal by T&T against Honduras in the last WC qualifier (T&T 1-0 Hon) caused  a lot of  pain in Honduras.  Regardless of their stated reason for withdrawing from the match against T&T, one can only reflect on the surreal nature, or  maybe all-too-real nature, of competition, ego, and kiss-ass.

We need an Eastern Caribbean soccer federation; without that we don't stand a chance now or in the future against the U.S and Mexico.

Eddie Johnson will be a force and Freddy Adu hasn't even made his debut yet for the U.S senior  team.

Any chance of Ames winning the Masters?

According to  http://www.soccertv.com/   the game will only be available on closed circuit TV.

In my area  (Calif, Pacific time zone) any bar/restaurant that I go to I might be the only Trini among the Guatemalans. I can't  pretend to be a black Guatemalan and stay in a corner, maybe have to  drive to an English pub in the city that might host the game.  Your situation might be similar, check the pubs in the area.

Is it really true that T&T is included in World Tour Soccer?
Any other PS2 game with the T&T side?

AlbertaTrini, I find your posts are usually very informative but this time you are slightly off the mark. Many youths play those PS2 games and I have held off purchasing a football game (for someone who has been asking) partly because the games do not include the T&T team.

I saw the Guatemala Vs Panama game.   Guatemala should not be under estimated, they can beat T&T.

Again, what we need is a united Eastern Caribbean team!

Bertille should not be replaced!

It is now time for an Eastern Caribbean team; a team formed from T&T, Grenada, Barbados, etc (Lesser Antilles) -- leaving out JA.

There are many reasons to fire a coach. For example, If a team has money and the coach is able to pick from players worldwide then the under-performance of the team is partly his fault.

T&T played very well in the game against the US.   The problem with the team is that there are noe enough talented players to choose from.  The situation is somewhat like firing the coach of St Kitts because they lost to Mexico.

Anyway, many guys who don't understand football get their kick from seeing which coach is fired or advocating firing of coaches etc.

Bertille we supporting you alll the way!!
