It's not the players fault. TT Pro league is a walking league. It's not so much a matter of talent because there are talented players but they lack the fitness and intensity to step on the international stage. Any decent player should leave TT Pro as soon as possible. Even Nicaragua league is better and more intense and a step in the right direction.

DL your organization has done a terrific job in exposing these players to a new kind of football in Central and North America. You mentioned that John is going on trial in the MLS and most of your players have taken advantage of the opportunity. Since it is obvious that pro league play does not prepare most to play international football, are there any other of your clients who are going on trial after the tour. I know you probably can't name names or teams but any others besides John?

Looks like he's been benched. The second game on the trot that he has started on the bench.

Look like Abu got the ball. I eh fault him for making that tackle.
Oh lard I didn't need to see us play like this tonight.

Jes asking ... Would you fault him for lack of awareness or chalk it up to his lack of speed (Boss pass still!)

Definitely his lack of speed was exposed there.

What is all this? I taught Nick was having issues getting his passport?

Yes I believe someone reported that it was a problem on Leroy's end that was holding him up, but he was trying to become eligible.

I only watched the 2nd half but this is exactly why I was disappointed when I saw the squad list. We didn't learn anything new. We know we have no depth. The 3 best players in the 2nd half IMO were Aubrey David, Levi and Boucaud. They are already starters. We knew they had quality. We know the pro league players aren't ready. The only thing that disappoints me is how much Hyland has regressed. But I think that has to do with the fact that he is asked to do more than he can at this point in his career. He is a defensive midfielder that's all. Whenever he tries to play an attacking role he gives the ball away. Bostock and DeLeon coming for his spot. Also can we please just call up Ranjitsingh Marvin Phillip is not an international GK. Sad thing is I think Jan is prone to some of the same mistakes.

Underwhelmed by the squad. I would have preferred us to play lesser opponents inside the FIFA dates than better teams with a weaker squad outside the FIFA dates.

Really excited for this player. His passing ability in the U20 impressed me. Hopefully he gets his move during the summer.

Just speculating here but Columbus Crew were interested in Jones last year. They just traded their DP striker Kamara today and need a target forward maybe they might try to make a move for Jones this summer as his future is up in the air. Even if it's not Columbus Jones will be on the move this summer as he hasn't started consistently so I doubt Al Jazira would renew his deal.

106
Amwood you might hurt them in the short term but help them in the long run. They may not get a youth national team call up but go to a university in the US or a trial overseas and have better technical skills than another player who was once attached to a youth proleague team

Barataria I agree using the 4-3-3 will put a lot of pressure on the wingers to track back, play defense and still run and put pressure on the opposition for it to work but that is the benefit of having JJ as one of the wingers. As Seattle's LB he has to go up and down the sidelines all game. I just think about everytime we play a good team, it looks like there's a disconnect between the defence and attack. Bostock can be the linking MF and counter attack starter that this team needs. We don't really have another player with his qualities. Maybe DaSilva but I'm not sure.

The problem is Bostock is not a wide player he is a center MF which is why you need a midfield three. This is how I would line up, not saying Hart will line up this way tho. But Molino plays on the right for Orlando so maybe he'll play there for us as well.
Jan
David
Bateau
Mekeil
Hoyte
Boucaud
Bostock
Hyland
Garcia
Kenwyne
Joevin

one small but difficult question. Even with current full team, who sitting out ? Molino ?

oh: and we ain't run out Jomal Williams - midfielder ( nor Winchester or Plaza) and we playing one striker..

Trinidad and Tobago: 1.Marvin Phillip; 13.Justin Hoyte, 17.Mekeil Williams, 4.Sheldon Bateau, 2.Aubrey David; 8.Khaleem Hyland, 14.Andre Boucaud; 16.Levi Garcia, 10.Kevin Molino (20.Trevin Caesar 70th), 3.Joevin Jones (Yellow 34) (12.Sean De Silva 82nd); 9.Kenwyne Jones (capt) (6.Neveal Hackshaw 77th).

Unused substitutes: 21.Adrian Foncette (GK), 5.Daneil Cyrus, 7.Hughtun Hector, 11.Willis Plaza, 18.Yohance Marshall, 19.Shahdon Winchester, 23.Jomal Williams.

Yes I think based on form and playing style Molino sits for Bostock. Vs the better teams in the hex and Uruguay you will need 2 defensive midfielders so you can't bench Boucaud or Hyland. Bostock is more of a passing MF who can link the defence to the attack. Molino is an attacking MF. He will be competing with probably Garcia for a spot and again based on form and talent I believe Garcia starts. Now this isn't to say Molino can't start but I believe this depends on who we play. Also if he regains his form and Garcia doesn't play much more this season then he can start. Another wild card is the fact that Bostock's season is over, so by the time of the Uruguay game he would have sat for 3 months.

That's an impressive scoreline, Congrats man.

I would love to be able to say to you guys  "see you in the Hex" but at this point, our progress to the Hex looks in serious doubt -- unless we can somehow come up with a win in Panama in September, and route Haiti at home. Yeah, its pretty much out of our control to some extent.

Win in Panama, Beat Haiti handsomely at home and hope that Costa Rica also beat Panama in San Jose.

Tall order that.

RF allyuh need to get that Leon Bailey situation sorted out. He and Levi Garcia can be two of the best players in CONCACAF for the next 10 years. Its a shame he isnt playing because he has been dominant in the Belgium league lately and with him and Barnes back in September I believe yall would have a chance to win both games.

I've only watched the second half but Molino and Hyland have been terrible.

No Nick Deleon as yet? What is the latest with this player I terms of commitment to TnT?

Hart actually addressed this in an interview a couple weeks ago, said that visa issues would probably hinder DeLeon from making the squad in this window.

119
Very strong team. With an inform Bostock and Garcia joining I wonder how this will effect the line up. Will Garcia be a super sub? Will Bostock start? Will Joevin get moved to his club position at LB to accommodate the new warriors? Good options to have.

120
The best we will get for the summer.. considering what happened on Jan 8th. That still bothering meh.

I sense we might get a friendly with another  Conmebol team. Maybe even uefa.

Won't be surprised if it's Venezuela. They play Jamaica in the Copa and they probably will want a carribean team to warm up against. Plus the proximity won't hurt.
