Good review Flex! I would give Jamal Gay a higher rating though!
I am not surprised at the outcome though! I have been observing and found Eve not up to the task! The problem in Trinidad is we have too many hurrycomeuppers without having the experience and exposure for the top jobs! Men have to earn stripes !
Same goes for the Technical Director! Another person wet behind the ears and not up to that job! What  was he doing in Carson? Was there to observe just pose! Did he have any input, gave any guidance , was a motivating factor?  He got about the same number of goals from Mexico as well! He has nothing to offer! They all need to send in their resignation letters ! We need a fresh start with more competent people if our football is to go anywhere!

Strange I did not see this in the newspapers! Like jack threat to sue have them running scared? Or did they hold it for after the UNC elections? Jack must be saying Et tu Groden? No wonder he only got a slap on his wrist from FIFA! He squealed on Jack! What a  Joke! It is just not funny! When will this saga come to an end?

Eve following in the footsteps of his former coach St Clair and current Technical Director Anton Corneal! Both of them got 7 goals and more from Mexico when they were coaching! I think St Clair got 13 from Mexico in World Cup  preliminaries as coach of St Vincent!
These fellas need to give football a break!

Hopefully the PM will say something soon ! She should ask her minister of Sport to meet with the TTFF for a resolution! We know she has allegiance to Jack but this is a larger national issue! It must be dealt with!

I am not surprised! In fact when Eve was running his mouth on others more qualified than him , I wrote in a previous post that his days are numbered because he just not up to this job, maybe assistant at a local pro team but not National Coach! It is time we look at the background training exposure to high levels of football at senior level before you assign them not because they just arse licking and saying what some in officialdom want to hear!
The country needs better representation than this , the fans deserve better! Eve has got to go!

A German journalist has  to travel from Europe to ask questions on which we are also waiting answers! What is the status of the lawsuit TTFF is supposed to file against Warner so that the information on accounts can be assessed by the Court? It was supposed to happen since February 11th I think! Can Sean Fuentes tell us?

They probably jealous of the foreign based players because neither he or worst yet anton were able to get a decent contract! They were not up to that standard! So with their limited if any exposure playing at a professional level , what kind of vision and experience do they have! Pack of jokers trying to do a big man's job!

After the Olympic qualifiers the teams should be integrated and they should start to build with a good coach with vision who could take us to the next level!
By the way could Fuentes tell us if the TTFF sue Jack yet as instructed by the Judge?
I would like to see Groden who owes Jack everything he has do  that! Jack only had to say jump and he says how high! Probably still going it!
Best of luck to the team! Hopefully it would be on 95.5 fm ! Game starts @ 4.45 pm today!

The TTFF was supposed to file a suit on Warner to provide accounts after the last court hearing on February 10 as instructed by the Judge. I think he asked that it be done the following day! I know Carnival followed soon after but I don't think I missed it! Has anything been filed ? Has it been reported in the newspapers? Instead we saw that gimmick with Om Lalla! Where are our journalists? They always seem to be sleeping ! Lasana any news on that? You are the only one who seem to be on top of things!
Are these people defying the judge like that? They are making a mockery of our judicial system!

Interesting bit of info from Flex on Eve! With these ungrateful crabs in a barrel kind of coaches we have in Trinidad you see why it is difficult to unite on any issue to move forward! I hope they begin to be more cohesive and act in the interest of Trinidad and Tobago! They have more to gain if they do ! Pity they can't see it ! Too dumb and selfish I guess!

I assume the Constitution is based on democratic principles but comment noted MEP, these principles seem to be sorely lacking in T and T for some time now!I have to agree with Keithos letter to the Editor in yesterday's guardian ! Only God can save our football !

These two guys were singing for their supper and are very selfish! Corneal is the longest serving unsuccessful coach who is benefitting from arse licking and standing for nothing! He is the first one to blame and criticise players after all his unsuccessful tournaments ! He goes silent for a while and then reemerges in another reincarnation! This is the pattern I have noticed for more than a decade! So he is in support an inept system from which he is benefitting!
Eve is getting a bit carried away with the attention the Under 23 team is getting ! Instead he should be trying to get the support of the football fraternity instead of criticising ! Because soon he will be licking his wounds!
They have no support on the ground and they should apologise ! Jack , you and those guys are carrying the future of football on your backs and have sacrificed much! Kudos to you!  Those comments would live to haunt them!

What is Tony Harford doing? We have not heard and promotions for fans wishing to travel to California to support the team? I don't know what kind of jokey marketing manager he is ! They like to wait last minute when people have to find funds! If it is done early people could plan! We just finished playing mas ,we have to know early!

Good going Brownsugar! It bothers me too that we have so many conmen trying to emasculate themselves as upright citizens and doing so much harm to the society in the process! Some eroding the very democracy they have sworn on oath to uphold! What they don't seem to understand is that  the society we have now is very different from even 20 years ago and they are not fooling anyone! It is time for them to come  clean! We cannot continue like this  much longer as we are on the brink , just like Gibbs!

If mr Warner has receipts to prove all the money was disbursed ! I guess he will have a case but we are seeing with the Soca warriors how difficult it is to get certified accounts! I remember Mr Panday asking him to account or 30 million campaign funds and he took the same douse of action which whittled away subsequently! Is this some form of intimidation of the free press?

Maybe 'investigate' is a strong word but the PM has asked the AG to advise on some  of Jack's dealings and the PSC has also asked Gibbs for a report of an investigation in the Hyatt May 10 alleged bribery and we are still waiting to hear the outcomes! So these are investigations at governmental/state  levels ,

 God put ah hand ! I feeling worst than shame! What is the TTFF trying now that they find themselves in a monkey pants! In my  5 decades plus in this country I have never experienced anything like this! I heard about Valmon Jones the smart man but he was not in government ?
Well the Soca Warriors carrying this whole thing on their shoulders even what does not concern them directly! They deserve  our unstinting support!!

President who should not talk about not having confidence in our own ability because you were  leading the charge for Pfister but I agree on your other points!
I really did not believe things could have gotten worst! We need to hear from our opinion shapers! Our legal system is under threat , our democracy is facing a serous challenge!

This is true , the analogy. It is an autocratic structure where criticism is not tolerated! Players and coaches must submit and not question the decisions! No room for compromise! Hence the need for overhaul! But if they were smart they would reinvent themselves and remove themselves from the influence of Warner which seems very much alive! But I believe they are hooked!
I don't agree that it is only administrative ! Technical decisions are important ! We should look individually at the members who form the technical committee and  check their track record! They seem to be rubber stamps!
This is golden moment to put our football back on track if we want  to have a shot at 2018! If we don't it will be a further set back!
