Unfortunately, it real hard to hold dat form for too long. If yuh look at past WC winners, often, it is a team that catch its arse in qualifying and peak right before or during the tournie. Funnily enough, Spain might be better off hitting a slump during qualifiers and do just enough to qualify, than ripping through qualifying and hitting a slump one the eve of the tournament.
