Interesting indeed.  He had a rough patch at Celtic, but I think his best work was being able to lead Blackburn into the EPL and then win the EPL, ahead of Man U and Arsenal.  That is somewhat unimaginable today.

Made some great signings. I remember the SAS days at Blackburn.....Sutton & Shearer...great combination
