Alaba's was much clearer that his hand hit the ball, Pepe's barely clipped him and looked like it could have hit his midsection if it was noticed at all.

Alaba's was "much clearer"?  You's ah kinda idiot or what?  The rule states that handball must be "intentional"... that doesn't mean an intentional movement of the arm, it means an intentional movement of the arm to play the ball.  He put his hand on the ground to break his fall and the ball was played to his hand... hand-to-ball.

All these years, ah never realize is de ref who does enforce de rules on de pitch.  I doh have to think about what the ref saw... he should be looking directly at the wall on a free kick in the box.  It is normal to talk about missed calls in a match no matter how much of an ass yuh trying to make of yuhself by bitching about my alleged 'bitching'.
