I happy enuf wid Chelsea's group...I dont really wanna go and see some game against some team I never heard of....we had some eastern european team last year in the group stages....I went to the match and we won but up to now I dont know the team's name or what country they were from.....

Bayern Leverkusen...the return of Ballack
Valencia...Mata taking on his old team
Genk....hopefully Hyland is playing

None of these teams are our equals. Group E is a very winnable group for us

Group A, E and F are the tough groups. Group C lol

Arsenal shouldn't have played the arse and comin 4th.

Sorry hun, but coming in 4th had no effect on this draw, we were all placed in the same pot. It was just the "luck" of the draw  ;D

Coefficient aside!!

Arsenal have no right being in the pot with the No.1 seeds.

Dem rubbing shoulders with past winners except Chelsea, who at least won their league within recent times.

Really UEFA....really??

Arsenal has a better record than Porto, Inter, and Bayern Munich

They've consistently finished in the top 3 in England.

Have consistenly made it to the CL knockout stages and have a final and 2 semi final appearances in the past 6 years.  Out of the other 3 years, they've lost to the eventual CL winners twice in the knockout stage with Barca barely scraping past them 4-3 in last year's tournament.

Arsenal more than merit their place in pot 1.  Ketch yuhself.

That goal seems so long ago for Milan, they spend the rest of the half defending like a relegation side. The inevitable happened. 1-1

Not true... Barca just enjoy the bulk of possession.  Better first touch by pato around the half hour mark and he should have had two.  Before that Boateng coming in from the wing, put a great opportunity into the rafters.

Relegation sides does get 2 or 3 chances in a half as well.

Speaking of the inevitable 2-1

You wasn't giving Milan enough credit though... making it sound like they was playing negative football.  Problem is they only had 31% possession thru 75 mins... 16 shots to 2.  Was only a matter of time as you suggest... heckuva free kick by Villa.

EDIT:  Look ting... Thiago at de death ;D

2-2

Nah, they sit back in the 1st half and let barca play the ball around in front of the 18.

The 2nd half was much better. Barca ent do anything to be sitting back like that in the 1st. I'm pretty sure is the defender who cross the ball for Pedro to score.

I was just telling some fellas Milan played a good away team game - they get "lucky" scoring at an improbable time, and they defended with good discipline...and they were efficient with their chances.

Barca on their day can beat anybody, I eh go hate, but so far this season they looking a lil more vulnerable than in the recent past - IMO they too reliant on Messi, Xavi and Iniesta for the cut and thrust.  Their fluidity and dangerousness drops off significantly when they lose either of those 3 guys.  Fabregas also eh no Barca player to me... He have quality, and he already start tuh chip in on goals, but he not nearly as fluid with his play as the old Barca playmakers and he not cohesive with the rest of the squad yet... Also Barca high impact team defense is very effective when the ball on the ground and in front of them...put the ball behind them, and chase it with Pato kinda pace... or over their heads, and all of a sudden they look a lil shaky...

7 times outta ten Barca woulda win that game today, but I hadda give Milan some pips - they real stick to their task and were able to grind out a result in a stadium where most teams doh come out alive.

Well said Kicker- Tall players will give barca problems and they look suspect with a fast counter attack. they are still in another sphere where control of the ball on the ground and finding their man is concern.
Well Messi is Messi and he continues to show his class

I find y'all not giving Milan enough credit. This was a classic Italian strategy. I also think tey did well in the few moments that they did in fact have the ball.

PS Seedorf has been a liability for the last 3 years.

WHAT A$$NESS YOU REALLY TALKIN MAN?!?! Every call of question was shown on instant replay and look legit.  The only call that wasn't called in the whole half was Evans hand ball and that was because the referee was blind-sided.  And what dat have to wit Ryan Giggs equalizing goal.  Both teams score good goals...I don't see your point!!!
