If COP, UNC, NAR was in power would it be Dookeran, Panday or Robinson Concert Hall?

Why isn't it just T&T Concert Hall?

Yes, I'll use it given the opportunity, just like I used Queens Hall.

All I'm saying is Govt whether it be PMN, COP, UNC, NJAC who ever, should build facilities for arts and culture. Nothing wrong with that.
