Tell the writer of this article, that day will always be remembered. That day showed how immature were as a football nation. We learned from our mistakes. When the 2006 team won in Bahrain, we shed the ghost of the Italy debacle. But the main reason we celebrate it, was the togetherness(even for a couple of days) it brought about for the people of TT. People loved the team and the coach. But fate had it, that it was not to be. Italy WC failure should always remind us that if "you fail to prepare, prepare to fail".
