The broadcast is at 387 Kbps so that is the speed you can access it at. Additionally you must have the bandwidth to support it, a cable modem would have been better than a DSL since it has more downstream bandwidth.

Make sure you have no other web pages open. Also try launching it using the player alone instead of a web page. Try the following:
