Back in 1982, Northern Irleand made up of Primarilly Div 2 and a few Div One Players (There was no such thing as a Premiership back in those days), upset hosts Spain by beating them 1-0.
I was a youth back then watching it on TV. But from what I remember Pat Jennings was a boss in goal, consistently making save after save, as cool as a cucumber.
Spain feel like a real ass, didn't make it to the second round. NI ah tink get cut ass from Austria in the second rounds.
