Despite de 3-1 win, they didn't play too well vs Canada in de game in Vancouver.  Canada thoroughly dominated the first half.  The Ticos played well in de last 15 min or so.  De Ticos  slow and suspect at de back and seemed unable to pick up Dwayne de Rosario who switched sides often in de first half.  For some reason, de Canadians stopped switching him around and they made some eye opening substitutions in de second half by taking off the players who seemed to be the only ones giving them any spark.  Costa Rica eh comfortable at all in de back with speedy, skillful players coming at dem.  How do we say Cornel Glenn?  In regards to de switching, de Ticos do de same with Wanchope.  Dat is something to watch for.  Another thing to note was that all three Costa Rican Subs scored lovely goals - Wanchope, Sunsing and Hernandez.  That erased Canada's 1-0 lead and dat ends de story of why Winnipeg Fury hanging out here these days.

The End
