As much as ah think Wilshire can be a little imps- ah love how he does run ball and his skill set. Nice touch, vision and footballing brain. He just neess tuh calm himself or he will geh break up early and often. I would take him in United's midfield any day. Cool yuh self grasshopper.

he has many good qualities and I agree when he carries he makes things happen. He will need to be more tidy in his own half. I find he gives the ball away in some dangerous places. I might be harsh but, he should study Xavi, Iniesta, Alonso etc they seldom make a bad pass, if any, in their own half.

I understand the need for squad rotation, but I am struggling with arsenal's approach. If you look at Real, Barca etc. they may make some suttle changes but the core of the squad remains. Arsenal change the LB, RB, 2 MF players, and 3 attackers. 7 changes overall.

On another note Arsenal players look unfit. First of all they seem to play very slow, mainly through lack of movement. When pressuring the ball, their is no energy or speed. When the ball is lost the recovery is a jog. Is it me or others recognize this.

Kind of unfair comparison. Sometimes the top players take a rest during the copa del rey.

Sure Deeks, but 7 players in a knock out competition. Copa Del Rey is home and away and even with that, 7 changes. is rear

Jokey ass defending again. Maybe is me but Mertesacker is way too soft. Tidy on the ball, but weak in 1v1 defending. Santos, what can one say that has not been said "fete match baller" Sagna having the worst season in the EPL, coming back from injury is never easy.
At least the team showed some character  Facts are facts the team has given up to date in the league 29 goals. Last year all season 49 goals in the league, so they well on course.

Well finally Arsenal signed someone of quality in the January window. Left back Nacho Montreal from Malaga. Good solid player with International experience. Still no decent Central defender signed, nor a Holding midfielder or Striker.

Ent! First to begin this is the one trophy that you have a shot at and your starting line up is not your best. WTF!
Then playing slow slow slow like old timers. Is not like the ball moving side to side with speed. Nutten nutten.
And when they do create chances the finishing is wowful.

Arsenal problems notwithstanding, Bayern is defending in packs.
It looks like there are 2 Bayern players for every Arsenal one.
I thought that only used to happen on FIFA 12/13

Not sure who the analyst working with Gus Johnson is... but he is highly irritating.  Not only does he insist on pronouncing Bayern "Bay-ern" (as opposed to "Ba-yern") but Neuer just made a fantastic save of a Giroud shot in the 73'... he bawl, Neuer didn't know a whole lot about it.

Walcott bright all day... best thing going for Arsenal right now.

Bayern simply way more quality. They were more athletic, quicker in the transition and clinical on the finish.

Even with a better second half performance Arsenal really did not scare Bayern.
Did not understand the Podolski substitution???

Neuer didn't know a whole lot about it.

Nonsense... watch the replay and you'll see Neuer move both hands to his right, directly into the path of the ball. That was no accidental save, as Ray Clemence's comment implies.

Arsenal need tuh suffer a few seasons out of the top four. So many teams fighting to get where they have been/are and dey taking that for granted by making decisions that turning the club into a mediocre club. Holding on tuh a bunch of injury prone players, who bring nothing to the side. I am waiting to see who is the next great player they will be able to attract to that club. Arsene9 killing people's careers by playing dem out of position.

Arsenal are crazy, pushing on two full backs at the same time & not one holding midfielder to cover on
the side of the ball. Most teams today would even have two. Especially when you leading the game. Twice you get caught on counters on corners & yet you leaving two back alone, against one of the quickest teams on counters. Consequence Goal in yuh ass.

arteta try as he might is not dynamic or athletic enough in that role...lord if we had a javi martinez or a schweinstiger like player.    i am glad for the win, did not see the game but checked highlights and thank god cazorla came with his shooting boots today...also sczesny needs a purge.
