Have y'all seen the new Busta Worldcup TV ad

It shows a scenario where T&T is about to play in its first WC match and all the TT fans at different locations displaying different forms of excitement (one group at a bar, another at their home etc.)

However there was one part where a fella is at the office while the game is going on, but he wants to follow the game. So what does he do? He goes to www.socawarriors.net to get his updates (as I am sure many of us will be doing ).

Why I posted this is because I am really glad that the ad chose to use this site as opposed to "the other site" which is supposed to be "the official site for the Soca Warriors" . It is great that they recognise that this site is the primary resource for TT Soca Warriors supporters and has been for a number of years. This is at least some recognistion for the hard work of Flex and Tallman, especially coming from Busta who is "the offical drink of the Soca Warriors"

But the fact they used socawarriors.net is great.


The other "offical site" updates are almost non-existent...

Did Busta ask or pay for use of the site on the commercial?  Tallman and Flex, safeguard yourselves.  You might want to talk to a legal person about commercial use of the image of the site.
