Any surprise exclusions?

I was looking through the world cup team lists and i noticed a few surprises!!

NOT PICKED

Javier Zanetti - Argentina
Walter Samuel - Argentina
Kevin Kuranyi -  Germany
Daren Bent - England
Jermaine Defoe - England
Fernando Morientes - Spain (imagine dey pick Raul)
Antonio Cassano - Italy
Ricardo Quaresma - Portugal
Jerzy Dudek - Poland
Roy Makaay - Holland
Cuathemoc Blanco - Mexico
Marcos - Brazil

Van Basten kinda gambling by not taking some of de dutch stars..he taking Cocu who kinda old already...seedorf should ah def be dey..hands down..we go see what play off wid dem

yeah, Cisse made the squad...No Anelka though...I think he should have made it. He played in France's last 3 friendlies and was great and his form in Turkey has been top class. But Domenech said he was leaving home those who did not have the raight attitude and who ahd big egos...the French press immediately though he was talking about Anelka

Other upsets..

No Toldo for Italy (Julio Cesar salt the amn chances)
No Renato for Brazil..

...and about half of the Ghana team from WC qualification get dropped

yep. Saha on the squad

Another hard luck exclusion is Diego Milito for Argentina. At one time he was the hottest striker in La Liga, although his form fade a little in the end.
