Can some explian (not quote from any rule book) the back pass to the keepeer rule. when is it legal, and what makes in illegal.

Is sudden death over time still in the game?

You cannot intentionally back pass to the keeper with your feet.. chest and head is fine... unintentional deflections are fine.... this is in effect at all times...

golden goal is seemingly being phased back out...

I think it might be completely out of the picture now.  they went to silver goal a little while back (most prominent at euro last year) and now I think they fully back to the old school play the whole extra time thing

You can backpass the ball to your keeper with your feet at any time but your keeper can't use his hands to retrieve it,the same thing happens on Throw-ins.
