World Cup Songs played at the games

Does anyone have links or remember the song that was played when the teams entered the field?

Also I'm trying to find a song that was playing at the England Match...went something like "Come Together" think it had to do with the anti racism stuff, it was sung by a chick

The original was 'Altogether now' by the Farm. England used it as the official song for Euro 2004. Somehow FIFA have a remixed version of it and play it with that silly Lion thing Goalio.
