Telefutura showing the USA vs. Argentina.
US leading 1-0 at half time.  They using the old school football.

I see the US #9 rip up the Arg defense on a run dey.

This is the same squad that mash we up 6-0.  I could see why.

Agreed Dcs....US just beat Argentina 1-0...Argentina seemed to not have that final touch...Messi was ripping up but this team doesnt seem to have a finisher!!

It baffles me how people can say the States not good in football...This US team will cause SERIOUS damage as it matures. I hoping the local coaches who in charge of youth football taking an advantage to look at these match ups.

nothing special, very ordinary, not even the best on the US team. The US no 2,8,9,10 had solid games. Argentina's finishing was horendous. If they had finished some of their chances they could have easily won by 5. But credit the US team for a hard fought victory.

#2 is  Marvell Wynne (de right back). I have been watching him since last year. If he continues to develop his game, he could turn into a Roberto Carlos type of player (minus de free kicks). He has pace, he overlaps alot, he recovers well, he tackles well, he is fit and he is strong.

Argentina play just like their Senior Team last World Cup.  Nice touches, blazing speed but no finishing....or was it the 98 Arg squad(maybe both).

That game was break neck speed....the ball hardly went off the field fuss dem men so fast they sliding and reaching the ball.  Both teams showing skills.  Argentina might be better in some areas but they were soundly beaten today.

Freddy Adu play alright, but he miss a penalty that woulda put them up 2-0...I wasn't surprised...they shouldn't have gotten the call anyway.

Argentina only turn up the pressure after they see they was going and lose.  The US mash dem up before that.  I was thinking this is their home grown playres....the World better watch out.  They are going to be better than the current US senior team.  Scary.
