It's all about EXPECTATIONS!!!!! TNT and Jamaica may want a big name coach with the expectation of qualifying for WC.
I mean if Sven had all the top EPL players at his disposal and could not achieve the level of success as expected , what predictable success would he get out of coaching Jamaica? Is qualifying for the WC we best Jamaica is hoping for?
That may be seen as success ; much like Beenhakker getting us to the big stage. But with countries like England, qualifying is not enough to placate the public's expectations. Is it then easier for these mercenary type coaches to coach a smaller country, look good qualifying them for WC; put in a defensive system ( cause yuh eh have the guns to match) and hope for the best? If you get some draws against the bigger teams yuh look good ; it feels good. Compare that to the expectations for the Brazilian coach?
If a country is willing to pay that much for a big name coach what should the expectation be? What do you want for three million?
it is more than qualifying for ja, its about showing up tnt, its about being better than us, dats why dey want it so bad, de spotlight is off ja, now dey want it back, dey in we shade now, dey cant take dat, dey cant take tt being on top, so dey trying tuh get dey most expensive coach, no matter de cost, even though dey have yardmen killin eachother for 50ja dollars, dey willing tuh spend 3 mill us on a foreign coach, take care of ur people first, dat shows how stupid dey are about it and how jealous dey have become.
