lol, I neva hear anyting bout Jack Warner / TTFA financin it, lol ... wen they were building it I only hear bout d government building them wit dey (our tax payer) money. I tink I remember Ato sayin somewhere dat he had advise one a d building designers on one a d stadiums for d track dey was layin down 4 track and field, so I guess he may know / remember more bout dis dan me.
