they have new ownership and the new owners give the city an ultimatum: a deal for a new arena in the next 12 months or they move the team

They were bought from an Oklahahoman company.... I think discussions are on now about moving them there... that move may not even happen this coming season... infact thay might still play in the Seattle Center until 2010..

The team went for pocket change though.. small money.. only $350,000,000.00    ;D
