ah read somewhere dat she hadda put on dey pounds fur some movie she was making.
wasn't no tabloid nah i tink it was CNN ah get dat from or Entertainment today

what ah doh understand is...how dem does lose it so fast and ah mean within weeks without going under dey knife

is it dey pills dey eating ? cause it certainly cyah be diet and exercise only, especially when i see women flexing 5 times per week and eating nothing chops and still looking dey same after 2 months.

movie stars and entertainers can afford to do that because they doe have no 9-5 wuk...dey in de bizness of lookin good.... sex and beauty sells....all dey does do is hire ah trainer/nutritionist pay him/her ah few hundred thousand dollars to get them in shape...dey also have 24hr access to de trainer.....so dem 'oman who see flexin 5 times ah week...cyah compare to somebody who gettin 24 hr. access to ah professional....it all boils down to money talks and ......... :beermug:

dem gyal and dem eh have no shame nah! she an de Hilton chick scandelous. dem eh care bout nutten and nobody...dem jes on kicks...dem before an after pics only showin she down maybe 3-4 lbs...but ah feel the true remedy fuh she is ah steady diet of curry meat balls, tofu, any drink dat have protein...some peanut punch, fig punch, mango punch, sou sop punch, and some tick tick sea moss. After 6 weeks she go be nice and tick....jes de way ole Tongue like dem..... :devil: :devil:
