Crewe Alexandra custodian Clayton Ince and Newcastle United keeper Steve Harper have been linked with a move to Coventry as Micky Adams tries to sort out his goalkeepng situation.

Having been priced out by the wage demands of Shaka Hislop, Micky Adams has turned his attention elsewhere.

A fellow countryman of Stern John, Ince has played 133 times for the Gresty Road club whilst Harper has made 47 appearances for the Magpies and has played for them in the UEFA Cup.

I guess Shaka must have other options if he asking for big money and turning clubs down.  Any news on his situation or is he just waiting for Southampton to sell Niemi?

I've been checking the net all of last week but I didn't know Hislop turned them down. Celtic might not pay all the money Southampton asking for Niemi. Hislop for sure must have a few other options becuase he needs first team football and altough he's a quality keeper Covenrty aren't a bad team, so I do hope he has options, he's an intelligent man, I hope he has intelligent agents.
