CFU Champions' Cup 2006
« on: October 14, 2006, 11:44:10 AM »
Does anyone know when the CFU Club Tournament begins? The Torneo Interclubes de UNCAF 2006 already began last month.

Portmore United FC(JAM) are the defending champs but teams like Robinhood(SUR), W. Connection(TRI), Harbour View(JAM) generally do very well in this competition. However teams like Aigle Noir(HAI) as well as Puerto Rico Islanders(PUR) will be equally as dangerous this year.

I believe it starts in November.

Portmore is looking sluggish...but THE big team is Harbour View ;D

W. Connection, hmmm....haven't been keeping up with the TnT league, but when last have they been in the comp? The last team I remember was N.E. Stars

yeah it looks like Joe Public is going to be 1 of T&T's club representatives.  Northern United (LCA) and SV Centro Social Deportivo Barber (ANT) are other clubs that might make it far too. Remember, Puerto Rico Islanders (PUR) play in the USL 1st division

See, I pay no attention to the USL, but if I see a game with PR Islanders, I'll check them out...

But yea, of course SV Robinhood will be a force to be reconned with.....as usual

Ahh I forgot about SV Barber....pretty strong team...gave Portmore a run for their money last year
