Labour rates in Tobago gone throu awa?

ok fellas, I have a place in tobago im looking to paint.  I get quoted $33,000 to paint d place, yes $33,000
Trinidad or Tobago based, these ppl mad or is this what to expect now in Tobago ?

IF anyone know a painter in tobago hit me a pm please
