Forumites,

The creator of the World Cup 2002 Predictions game Professor SocaPro, has given me the licence to operate a modified 2005 Gold Cup version.

The Rules are as follows.....

Prediction of correct result but wrong scoreline FT: 1 point

Prediction of correct result & correct scoreline FT: 3 points

Correct prediction of goal scorer 1 pt per goal

Halftime Bonus points: 1 bonus point for correct 1st half prediction

All predictions must be submitted before kick off.

Prizes

No monetary ones as yet but if you wish to donate one feel free. Sponsorship of a Socawarriors wristband, jersey or game ticket welcomed.

1st Prize.....The honourable title of Gold Cup 2005 Seerman.

Hey Touches, it will also be useful to post information of squads for tomorrow's games so folks here can study possible starting teams and try to predict their goal scorers and the scorelines both HT & FT.

However if posters are really keen and follow the teams they should already have this info at their finger tips from regularly following all the updates on this forum.
I will make my predictions in a short while! Right now I am studing the squads for tomorrow so I can make my predictions on goalscorers as well as results!

haha i clicked on the gold cup site's preview of the tnt-hon match and they already giving livescores. they seem to want to get in on this prediction stuff too! they have cornell scoring 1-0 in the 2nd min. i wonder what going on with that site with why they have this under 'preview'...i think it might be a simulation cuz they give a red card to figueroa in the 9th. my kind of start.

Samo I will be lenient on yuh but I will make you an example for the rest to follow.

I specifically waited till after 7 to close the predictions for today.

So what I will do is for you only, I will take only The TT vs Honduras Predictions.

I will ignore the panama prediction as you submitted it after kickoff.......which was 7pm.

All predictions are officially Closed

If you would like to join in start with tomorrows predictions.

In Future N.B All predictions are locked at the beginning of the first game...i.e 7pm unless or otherwise stated, if there is an early game i.e on weekends I will inform posters of the locking off time.

Unless yuh sayin dey did give Stern de 2 goals at half time but Glenn (who did have to come on fuh somebody seein dat he eh startin) did really get de last touch and dey give it to he afta "further consideration" after full time...
