And about 5 minutes prior to the goal, the
goalie had to make a diving save to stop
a Latas left foot bullet from about 25.

I was there!

It was a dreadful night, it was a Monday (who plays footie on a Monday night!) - rain lashing for most of the game, wind gusting, not a great night for football.  My neighbour at the stadium said before the start of the game that he had dreamt that Falkirk would win 2-1 with goals from a Latapy power drive free kick and the other from Gow.  Latapy did have his free kick chances but a goal wasn't forthcoming.  His magic in the centre of the park was stunning taking the pish out of some the Hearts youngsters several times.  Magic!  And then there was his goal - the right place at the right time and he had the Scotland No 1 well beat!   ;D

If only the match had lasted another 10 minutes and i'm sure we would have seen another goal!
